Within walking distance of the Golden Triangle and many wonderful restaurants but street was quiet and hotel was exceptional. Bed was very comfortable and window opened to let in fresh air.

The breakfast had a great variety but the eggs and bacon were not cooked to our liking. The room size was very nice and generous but the bathroom sink area was too small.
The bathroom sink area was much too small. Bit awkward that lobby is located at top of six stairs which is tough with luggage to navigate. Also lobby is quite tight.

Great location, with stylish design touches everywhere to be seen. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, even assisting me with a wine tasting at a local winery.
Wasn’t a huge fan of the room layout or location (in the basement), but I guess you get what you pay for. I’m sure the other rooms would have been more comfortable

The staff at Yndo was the friendliest, most helpful, and most professional group of hotel people that I have met in over 50+ years of traveling on business or vacation. We stayed at Yndo our first 2 nights in Bordeaux and enjoyed the hotel and staff so much that we returned 9 days later for our last night before flying home. This gave us the opportunity to try another room with a different setting. The reason - each room has a different layout and decor that pleasantly separates Yndo from other hotels we've stayed at. All rooms had what I would describe as kingsize "plus" beds that were firm, but very comfortable after a day of sightseeing. Our rooms were very clean and we heard no noise from adjacent rooms. Both rooms that we stayed in faced a quiet courtyard where we could go to relax and enjoy some very nice wines. The hotel is located within walking distance to a trolley line, but if you're in a hurry, the front desk can quickly have a cab available. I would not hesitate to go back to Yndo.

The hotel was beautiful & our room was perfectly appointed. It had everything you might possibly need- very quiet & the shades blocked all light so it was great for rest.

Average facility for a city location. Rooms were adequate but not great. Shag carpet is not ideal! Staff was very nice. Breakfast was typical of hotel fare. Location was close to nice areas of city. Parking 35 euros per day.

Wonderful staff at delightful boutique hotel. It was an easy walk to heart of town and river. We stayed in a room on the bottom floor that looked out onto a garden and sat outside on the main floor terrace for drinks.
We had a bit of an issue with accessing Wifi but think that was a temporary situation. The price of the breakfast seemed high so we opted for one of the local bakeries.

Breakfast was great. Loved the first floor sitting area to gather with friends. Appreciated the great service provided by all of the staff!
Short walk to the main shopping area of town was a bit tight in the heat but not the fault of the hotel of course.

We loved the unique interior design, the private terrace of the secret room and the attentiveness of the staff. WE arrived much later than expected due to train delays, and there were very accommodating and even gave us restaurant recommendation that were open late on Sunday. Everything was top-notch!
In the secret room, the shower design was very modern, but the shower entrance allowed for a lot of leaking water while using the shower. It didn't impact our enjoyment of the shower, but we did have to have the shower rugs replaced each day.
