The apartment is excellent with everything you need to comfortably accommodate a family of four. The location is perfect, in the heart of the city and close to everything.
Carrying our suitcases up 6 flights of stairs, but we knew there was no lift when booking. There is only a bath in the second bedroom with hand held shower hose with very low water flow. Beautiful bathroom but would've been better with a standing shower.

Great location in downtown area. Fantastic air-conditioning during hot weather. Wine selection to purchase. Proximity to restaurants, attractions and shopping.

The property was absolutely beautiful and located perfectly within the heart of Bordeaux
There was only one shower in two of the apartments which were located in the bedroom en suite. We were four people in the apartment (two in the room and two on the sofa bed) and the folks on the sofa bed had to wake up the two in the bedroom in order to have a shower

We loved everything. It was central so in the heart of everything. We took great pleasure in popping downstairs to eat and enjoyed the atmosphere of the square. The secondary glazing was very effective and the apartment was clean, fresh and comfortable. The decor was beautiful which echoed the Art Deco era and we would most definitely visit again. The Host's communication was fantastic which we appreciated as we arrived late and all went well. Thank you and see you again soon.

Loved everything about this stay, beginning with Alice being so so wonderful before our trip and upon arrival and during our trip for all my questions and needs. Awesome service. The apartment itself is spic and span, lovely, and in an excellent location.

Absolutely loved this apartment: location was great, and really comfortable. We were so happy here.
We were on grandson babysitting duty. Being on the 2nd floor, with no lift, was challenging. But safe to leave the push-chair at the foot of the stairs.

Central location overlooking an attractive square in the historic town centre. Stylish decor. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Very well equipped. Daily cleaning service included. The basket with tea and coffee supplies and the couple of bottles of complementary mineral water were a nice touch.
The shower tray is very shallow and it was very easy for water to spill out onto the bathroom floor. We mopped this up, but a line of silicone sealant along the edge of the shower tray might be helpful to prevent this in future. We had two standard sized 'roller' long-weekend sized suitcases and there was really no where to put them in the bedroom as it was very compact - one we put on to the side table, the other had to stay on the floor which is not ideal as it got in the way to and from the bathroom. Perhaps a recess could be made in the wardrobe to fit a suitcase rack. We had our teenage son with us who slept on the sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is very compact. With three of us for just two nights it was fine. But it's such an elegant apartment it's really better suited for a couple.

The location is right in the city square, apt is very well decorated, clean and well-equipped
We had to roll our luggage ~4 short blocks as cars are not allowed in that area and carry them up stairs as there were no elevators.

Beautiful apartment, great location with many fabulous restaurants and bars close by. The weather in Bordeaux was very hot during our stay but the aircon in the apartment kept it cool. Very helpful to have a washing machine with a silk programme too! The bed is super comfy and the apartment well equipped and cleaned daily. Just like staying a suite in a boutique hotel. Our host was fabulous - organising a cab for us on our final day
Nothing. It was fabulous. This is our 2nd stay, we have recommended to friends and will be back ourselves.
