The room was spacious, the bed were confortable.
There was no AC, it was very hot due to the canicule , we could barely sleep. The edifice isnt well isolated.

Dodgy neighborhood, a huge water tank in the bathroom, randomly placed low hanging pendant light, no hairdryer; ridiculous policy such as the need to deposit passport to borrow hairdryer; but will only allow specific time to retrieve the passport regardless of your departure time; and staff that doesn’t listen and make sense.

It's really easy to reach from the train station, the airport tram stops 6 min away so you can walk.
The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the heat worked with a little assistance.
You can hear the pulling of chairs from upstairs and some noise from neighbors, but it was not constant.

Convenient with private parking and within walking distance of bustling centre and St Jean
The bathroom, the water heater located above the toilet led to alot of banged heads and the shower had a curtain rather than a screen and didn't prevent water on the floor

The apartment was spacious and well arranged.
A colleague and I spent 1 night there. We found bedbugs in both rooms. Even if the rooms looked quite clean, they were infested by bedbugs. We found several of them under the mattress and on the floor. We also did not like the service. As we were quite tired, we asked if we could check in at 2.30 pm instead of 3 pm. and they showed 0 flexibility on the check-in time. When we told them about the bedbugs at the check-out they did not make any commercial gesture. From a customer prospective, this is really an unacceptable behavior.

Excellent location, amazing parking garage steps away from the door. Very close to Marché des capucins, a short walk to the quai and lots of buses and trams. Next door was a bakery for coffee and beautiful croissants and other pastries in the morning.
We didnt realize that there is not really a bedroom in the junior suite, a double bed and a twin bed separated by a partial wall. Since the bathroom is small it didnt offer adequate privacy for our group. It would have been perfect for friends or close family however. We received a notification that reception would ne closed at 12.30, but did not get the information that it would reopen after lunch. This was confusing for us, as we needed to arrange parking. Reception was open, and everything was fine in the end. The security on the parking requires a phone call to open the door. That could be a challenge if you dont have a way to call.

The room had all the basic amenities, but that's about it.
The room distinctly smelled like smoke, which created a filthy feeling. The garage access seemed like a big issue: the door didn't open, although we booked it in advance and even called to confirm. Secondly, garage access is not possible at night as the pedestrian exit door is one-way! After reception closed I couldn't get my things I really needed out of the car.

The flat is big with two separate rooms. There’s a dining table and simple kitchenette equipments, easy to make your own meal. No air con, but it was ok at night.
The location is in a quiet neighbourhood but a bit far from the city centre.

Very spacious room, very comfortable bed. No AC in the room but there is a fan so it helped to cool down. Good location by Gare St Jean, everything is easy to access and lots of food places close by.

My stay at Teneo was great. The apartment had everything that we needed, including kitchenware for cooking etc. I stayed at the unit with 1 double and 1 single bed and it had plenty of space. The WiFi was really good, even for videocalls. The place is close to a supermarket, the railway station (but not too close to the point that it gets unpleasant), to the center of the city (about 20 min walk). I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bordeaux!
Sometimes there was a smell in the bathroom, but it seems to be normals for older building like that. Didn’t bother me much
