Wonderful
The apartment was a nice distance from Gare Saint Jean and the tram to get around Bordeaux. Very comfortable and spacious. The skylights added lots of light to the whole apartment. The washer and dryer were very convenient and great to have on our month long holiday.
The knife selection needs upgrading. Not a good sharp knife in the kitchen.

The communication was only via Booking, no personal contact, nevertheless all was arranged timely. I could find the location easily as I received the information from the owner in advance. The apartment was super lovely with a great kitchen and enough light.
The door was a bit hard to close, I had to press strongly.

Seems newly built/renovated so is sparkling clean and new. Lovely washing machine and dryer, coffee machine, stand fan. Clear instructions to enter the property

Lovely, clean apartment with double bed, single bed, and pull out double sofa bed.
Has a dish washer , clothes washing machine and clothes dryer but no powder/tablets for the machines so if you are staying for a short period then bring your own.
TV has port for an HDMI cable.
Air conditioning works really well.
Filter coffee machine and L'Oral coffee pod machine.
Close to the Capucins market.
If you want to leave your bags after you check out, the nearby train station has suitcase lockers.

This is the second time I've stayed in the apartment while working in Bordeaux. The apartment is comfortable and clean and conviently located close to the train station. It's in a quiet neighborhood that I liked a lot. If you want more action, Saint Michel is about a 20 min walk away and the City Center a little further. You can also get there more quickly by bus or tram. The front kitchen area is very nice and comfortable to work in, with reliable Internet. Check in is very and the staff is reaponsive, friendly and professional.
I was staying there in August and mostly the temperature was fine and there is a fan in the apartment. However, on the day when it was around 35 degrees, it was extremely hot in the kitchen area, which made it difficult to work or relax there. It would be much more comfortable if they could provide a small air conditioning unit for the summer months.

We wanted to be close to the train station considering we were hauling luggage.
Parking would have been challenging, so its a good thing we arranged to return our rental car. There was ONE hanger in the entire apartment. The place smelled of cheap cleaning materials. The shower head and handle was broken. An air conditioner was supplied but not installed. When we opened the washer, it reeked of mildew and we saw black mold. I contacted the property manager about this during our stay as I am highly allergic and the only response I received was thank you for your feedback, this will help us be better for future bookings. I hope that is the case for anyone who needs to stay close to the train station. Not to mention, when we looked for restaurants nearby we passed several shady drug dealers. Not ideal for anyone but especially not with little ones.

It was close to the station and convenient. It was helpful because the staff told me about the key in detail in advance. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.
There is a fan, but there is no air conditioning, so I think it would be better to close the curtains during the day. Bathroom equipment is minimal, so it is better to bring your own.
