Excellent location. Proximity to public transit to city center was a huge bonus. It was nice having access to the waterfront. Staff was really helpful and nice.

Great location stylish hotel and convenient for the Cit du Vin and riverfront restaurants. A few tram stops from the centre and the hotel sells tram tickets to make life easy. Big spacious rooms.
No soap only shampoo in the bathroom and, criticism of the architecture, no hand basin in the loo. No plug in the sink.

Nice big room/bathroom. Staff amazing. Location.
Bath tub was ridiculously big for a supposed green hotel. Fridge not cold enough. Gym could do with a running machine.

Close to Cite De Vin, next to tram stop. Air con worked very well which was must given the 40 degree heat some days
Bit out the centre but fine if youre young/like to walk
