Great location just a couple minutes for the Les Hangers tram station and right off the waterfront walking path. The room was huge, bed was pretty comfortable, and bathtub was large enough for a couple to share. Breakfast buffet was pretty good, but a bit expensive for what it was.
The toilet was in a separate, tiny room and it was really hard to fit inside it and close the door, even though I am a small person! AC doesn’t let you go lower than 20C which wasn’t ideal for warm nights, and you need to ask to get fresh towels (don’t auto come when you ask for fresh bedding). Bed was good, but pillows weren’t very supportive.

Clean and modern. Nice reception team. Always helpful. Room good size with small but ok balcony. Fridge n coffee machine. Tram just outside the door to get around and easy to use. Easy to book car into the garage a day in advance. Opposite the river and the bars and a 40 minute walk to the old city sights.
I was aware of high parking fee as it is a city centre.

Hotel was clean and on a tram line and in nice area
The hotel took a deposit of 100 for one night and 50 for each night after , which is a lot. On terms and condition it says it takes a deposit but typically this is 100 for stay not per night. We have stayed in hotels for two weeks and deposit ranges from 50 - 100 for stay but this was 200 for three nights which is substantial. You don't get this back for a few days depending on bank. So that's very disappointing.

Breakfast was available for a fee, but we did not take advantage of that. We were able to walk to many attractions and restaurants in Bordeaux.
