Very clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff and very good breakfast for French standards.
Despite easy access by tram, the hotel is located a bit further away from the centre.

Breakfast choices for those with dietary requirements e.g. dairy free or vegan were very limited. Whilst the staff were helpful when asked items weren't labelled to support people to make choices.

The property was fine and the staff helpful
We opted for a room with a balcony! The balcony did not quite match the description it had been given! It was small and faced an industrial complex. You had to stand up and look to your right to see the river. It was such a poor view that we chose not to use it.
There were several stains on the carpet which belied a 4 star luxury rating

Clean and simple rooms with a very good breakfast and and a little gym to move your body if the weather is bad. Also the sauna was very good.
At the reception very kind and helpfully people that provided me with some information.
Overall a good place. I consider coming back next time when I visit Bordeaux.

Location is ideal. Large rooms with very comfortable beds and excellent showers. Check in staff delightful.
The hotel bar had no alcoholic drinks available at all, no beer, spirits or wine. No chance of a nightcap before bed.

The first thing I noticed when we checked in was that it smelled very good in the lobby. We enjoyed our stay. The room was great, as was breakfast.
