The location is excellent - Bordeaux is any easy town to travel around and be a tourist. The apartment had all the amenities for a fun stay.
I travelled with a friend yet only one key provided (we asked for two). Then, we asked for the buzzer number to enable us to come and go from the unit separately - this was not known - perhaps the owners can get that info for their next guests - not having individual access to the apartment did hamper what was otherwise a great stay in a great apartment.

Right in the heart of Bordeaux - very comfortable and well appointed.
In pedestrian area so need to walk 2-300m from taxi/tram - no issue for us at all - but might not suit those with limited mobility.

Location, very central and very quiet.
We had to wait for the person who gave us the key. At the end, the person who had to pick up the keys and bring the invoice didn't 't have the invoice ( which we needed ) Television in the living room didn 't work ( no batteries... ) Extra money to pay for check-out on Sunday. A lot of people check-out on Sunday ( end of the weekend ), so it 's not fair to have to pay extras on it...

As said previously cannot dispute the location which was fantastic.however never knew if we could get to our beds at nite as the keys and locks were contrary - instructions maybe for dishwasher and tv in English would have great and situated so we could see them- we had a wonderful stay and Kim was a great help answering all our questions.
