Great location, close to the city tram.
Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.
A small kitchen where you can prepare your own food. There is a dishwasher and a small refrigerator.
Clean and comfortable bathroom with separate heated towel rail.
There's no kettle in the kitchen. There's only a coffee maker, capsules for which can be purchased separately at reception. If you don't drink coffee, this is inconvenient. We heated up water for tea in a small saucepan.
There were no extra trash bags in the kitchen or bathroom. We stayed for a week, and during that time, the staff never once asked if we needed extra toilet paper or other supplies. We had to find someone to provide them for ourselves.

It is a good place to stay for 1 night
The deposit (caution). I paid 100€ of "caution" on the check-in day. During the check-out the lady at the reception told me that we will have it back as soon as the room will be checked on the same day. It's already the next day and I still didn't receive it back. The property didn't contact me whatsoever. I hope to receive have my money back soon...

Spacious rooms, separate bathroom and toilets. Crib was installed as we requested.
The floor wasn't clean : it was sticky and quite dusty. Definitely not a place to let our baby crawl.

Location
The stuff gave us a room on the ground floor that was very dark. An even more gloomy vis-à-vis. The pigeon poop on the outside border makes it look like something out of a horror movie. The stuff was not ok with moving us to another room upstairs. After insistance, they changed their mind. The room was brighter, but the outside decor remains the same. The stuff was not pleasant. The desk lamp socket was empty. I reported the problem because if the children put their fingers in, it would be catastrophic. Instead of doing something, the stuff saw no urgency. I had to manage to protect the kids. We will never go back.

The location might not in the center but it’s only 100m from tram and 4 stations to the center. Super convenient. The front desk is 24hrs. The room was very comfortable fully equipped with stove, sink, espresso machine, microwave, and tableware. The shower work perfectly. There is hairdryer. The aircon also works perfectly. The wifi is fast.

Very friendly receptionist gave me free upgrade. Clean room with ton of natural light. Full modern kitchen, excellent shower, and a nice 12m walk to Jardin Publique
Bed was a little dated. Old Closet door off the rail. A few door slams across the hall.

The location was great, not too far from the train station and 5 minutes walk from the tram.
The morning reception was great. The receptionist I met there around 11 AM told me the room wasn't ready yet and offered to keep my bags at the hotel while I went for a stroll.
Very good and full breakfast. I really do recommend adding the breakfast option.
The room was full of kitchen utensils. I loved this. There is intermarche just in front of the hotel so if you want to buy food or any daily use you can get it there.
When I returned in the afternoon, the afternoon receptionist was unlikeable and spoke very harshly to me. It was my first time there, and there were some things I didn't know. Instead of calmly explaining, he was purely rude. This type of behaviour can certainly leave a bad taste.

It was a little awkward to find. The sat nav link on the booking.com site took me to the wrong side of the block so I only found it after asking a local for directions.

30s walk from tram station, 15 min walk from Cite su Vins and Bassins Des Lumieres. For short trip don't need anything more.
Maybe fix damaged countertop and shower head for 100% experience

Value for money, the confort of the mattress, they upgraded my stay from economic room to a studio and it was a very nice gesture. It’s very close to tram b stop very convenient. The room was tidy. The staff are bilingual and very pleasant.
Maybe the level of noise as everything can be heard from the surrounding rooms.

It was in a good location, close to a tram stop, so pretty easy to get to. The check in and check out process were quick and easy. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was spacious enough for one person
The TV and one of the lamps in my room didn’t work. Also it was not clear when the laundry service was open. As a tourist, I wanted to be out and about enjoying the sights during the day. It would have been so convenient if I could access the laundry service later at night or very early in the morning.
