Spacious, smart, comfortable room. Good desk, helpful kitchen, nice bed. Appreciated the luggage storage.
The room needed repair and cleaning in several places. Not a value for the price.

The property was clean. The staff was nice and very accommodating. Very close to transportation make easy to go everywhere.
It was a little hard to find at first. The bedroom and living room was A bit smaller than expected.

The studio I got was rather spacious and the hotel is located right next to the tram stop, which was convenient for getting around the city. There is also an Auchan supermarket nearby to get the food from
Many different things. Constant smell of sewage from the bathroom. Rather dated interior. Every little extra you have to pay for - for instance 1 euro for a capsule coffee. You are also responsible for cleaning the kitchen, when you move out, so make sure to do that if you want to get all of your deposit back. Thank god I read other reviews that specifically mentioned it. Would NOT return or recommend this property.

Great location, close to the city tram.
Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.
A small kitchen where you can prepare your own food. There is a dishwasher and a small refrigerator.
Clean and comfortable bathroom with separate heated towel rail.
There's no kettle in the kitchen. There's only a coffee maker, capsules for which can be purchased separately at reception. If you don't drink coffee, this is inconvenient. We heated up water for tea in a small saucepan.
There were no extra trash bags in the kitchen or bathroom. We stayed for a week, and during that time, the staff never once asked if we needed extra toilet paper or other supplies. We had to find someone to provide them for ourselves.

There was a noisy timber ramp near my room which people used early morning and woke me each morning early.

It is a good place to stay for 1 night
The deposit (caution). I paid 100€ of "caution" on the check-in day. During the check-out the lady at the reception told me that we will have it back as soon as the room will be checked on the same day. It's already the next day and I still didn't receive it back. The property didn't contact me whatsoever. I hope to receive have my money back soon...

Spacious rooms, separate bathroom and toilets. Crib was installed as we requested.
The floor wasn't clean : it was sticky and quite dusty. Definitely not a place to let our baby crawl.

Location
The stuff gave us a room on the ground floor that was very dark. An even more gloomy vis-à-vis. The pigeon poop on the outside border makes it look like something out of a horror movie. The stuff was not ok with moving us to another room upstairs. After insistance, they changed their mind. The room was brighter, but the outside decor remains the same. The stuff was not pleasant. The desk lamp socket was empty. I reported the problem because if the children put their fingers in, it would be catastrophic. Instead of doing something, the stuff saw no urgency. I had to manage to protect the kids. We will never go back.
