Exceptional
Location of the property was great—right next to the tram station. A grocery store was nearby, and parking was available in the building. The unit was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. It had everything I needed for my stay. The staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to communicate with. I loved staying there and will definitely do it again when I’m in town.

Comfy beds. Nice clean bathroom. Well-appointed kitchen with everything you need. Great location near Cite du vin, Les Halles, and public transportation. Parking is inexpensive.
The room is a bit small for our family of three. Fine for our short stay of two nights, but I recommend a larger room if you'll be there longer.

Safe parking, but pricey; easy access by elevator to the hotel. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. Standard breakfast buffet.
No response to messages requesting address and access code to the parking garage which is in a busy area and not located on the same street as the hotel. This information was supposed to be provided by the hotel ahead of time. The receptionist seemed unconcerned and unapologetic. The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from the center which is large and spread out, but there is a good tram system.

The room was lovely, quiet and comfortable. The staff were responsive and very helpful. It was situated in a quiet area outside of the center of town (about a 20 minute walk) but very near Le Cite de Vin and les Halles Bacalan. A lovely stay.

The hotel is right in front of the tram station to city center. Sincere and helpful staff, clean rooms. Our room was great with a fully-equipped kitchen. For the price range this hotel is no brainer.
Nothing they can do to resolve traffic (drifters) noise at night but they can do up the suower cabins.

It was not very clean. First day we arrived, there was a small insect crawling on the bed. The hotel shift bedding immediately. Breakfast was a bit simple for a price of 17€.

Friendly staff and comfortable room. A little far from central Bordeaux, but situated close enough to the river walk for a nice walk to the city. Dog friendly too. Bed was comfortable and apartment was clean. We didn’t get to use the kitchen, but it seemed like to was stocked well enough.

From the moment of booking the property the staff were very quick to respond to our questions. We were on a long road trip and would be arriving very late, and with 2 dogs. They were on hand to let us check in at 02h00 and very welcoming even at this hour. Check in was very easy, parking was easy, the room was as described, well equipped, and very comfortable. Location was ideal for us as just passing through, however would be great for a longer stay also, as very well situated for site seeing. Our dogs were made very welcome.
Not a complaint, as I am very sensative with pillows, and I did not try to request a different one due to the time we arrived, but the pillows were too high for me. For my son, they were fine. If I had asked, the staff may have offered a different one, I do not know.
