Excellent location, kind staff, super clean. There is a very comfortable lobby with a plenty of club chairs, sofas and TV screen. I appreciate the possibility to open the window in the room and breathe fresh air.

The location is perfect and the staff are wonderful. The rooms are compact but you have everything you need in a moderate price hotel. Beds are very comfortable and the aircon works. Nespresso in the room and free filtered water in the lobby.
The bathroom fittings are wobbly but functional.

Location is certainly the best thing in this hotel! Walking distance and central to everything there is to do in bordeaux
Nothing really! Only thing worth mentioning is if you have very large luggage or some walking impediment, do consider that the great location does come at the cost of all the surrounding streets being pedestrian

Perfect location - 30 second walk to the main pedestrian precinct. Close to every kind of eating place and also to CARREFOUR supermarket (1 small one about 3 minutes away; 1 very large one about 5 minutes walk away). Everything clean. All details paid attention to. Plentiful supply of toiletries and Nespresso coffee pods each day. Comfy bedding ~ soft fluffy pillows and duvet. Even though we made our bed, they would re make it and give us fresh towels. Lovely, friendly, helpful, kind attentive staff. Impeccable service and ambience.
