The location in Bordeaux was perfect
Safe in the pedestrian zone and not far from bars restaurants transport and the main square
I particularly liked the separate WC and shower room
The lack of a view on to a wall might have been a minus but it was colourfully painted

Very convenient location, close to river and many historical and tourist sites
Inside the room our shower head was slightly broken.. u couldn't change the height. The magnifying makeup mirror fixture wasn't working properly so you had to hold mirror in place. The soap dispensers were very hard to squeeze soap out of ... impossible for people with hand joint problems.

Room was comfortable, location was very central in Barcelona where we had been to before. Balcony was basic looking out onto a paddock, or vacant land site.
Breakfast was very ordinary, where you were given a box of goodies. On first morning fruit was decomposing. Not impressed. Was expecting a buffet or cooked breakfast. Language from some staff was minimal in english to communicate.
