Very close to public transportation to take you into the city, but it is right next to the lake for walking or biking. Laundromat is one metro stop away. Convenient for restaurant/bar downstairs or nearby, if desired. Secure parking.
Could do with a bit more attention to cleaning.

The breakfast, lobby (useful on a rainy day in Bordeaux) and front desk staff were all very good.
I wrote to Pullman Hotel (email h0669-fb@accor.com) regarding leaving my hot water flask behind in room 442 on 21 April 2025 but got no response back.
The restaurant was closed for 3 days during easter holidays. The corridor carpets need to be changed.

I liked that we were able to refill water at the water station located on the ground floor.
As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a staff member who was unhelpful and dismissive. We had booked during one of the hottest days specifically to enjoy the pool, only to find it was out of service with no prior notice. When we asked if we could at least sit by the pool to sunbathe, the staff member laughed and treated the request as if it were unreasonable. This was especially disappointing, as the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.
When we asked where we could sunbathe, she again laughed and vaguely mentioned the grass by the lake, offering no further guidance. The lack of professionalism and courtesy really dampened our experience.
The food situation wasn’t much better. The menu items were frequently unavailable, and for three consecutive days, we were told there was no whipped cream for the hot chocolate—yet it remained on the menu.
Breakfast was equally underwhelming. The bread was stale, and surprisingly, fried eggs were not offered—only boiled or scrambled, which was a first in our experience. Pancakes and crepes were left out from 7am without being refreshed or reheated, making them cold and unappetizing. The fruit options were also poor, with brown bananas and visibly bruised apples and pears.
Lastly there were webs on ceiling corners with flies and spiders near the window.

The welcome at the reception was excellent, so helpful and nothing too much trouble. Loved the secure parking which was worth paying for. Lake view room was so nice , the towelling robes and slippers a nice touch, tea and coffee in room and fridge in the room. restaurant was ok staff very friendly, breakfast plenty of choice x The thing which we did love is that the tram is directly outside the hotel so you didn’t need to use your car at all while in Bordeaux x

Comfortable room with view of the lake. Good breakfast. Easy access from the motorway. Secure parking.
Restaurant closed at weekends (there are others within a short walk). Gym / fitness room is poor (4 pieces of equipment in a small room). There was a function taking place in the First Floor function room on Sunday evening, which could be heard in our 4th Floor room until midnight.

We really like this hotel, it's very comfortable.
On check in we were told breakfast was included. On checkout we were charged for breakfast. Not happy about this. Very poor and spoilt our stay.

Location is near the Conference Centre but furter from Tourist Atraction - however the tram stop makes it a very convenient stay. Loved the hotel and experienced the efficient tram service.
