Lovely comfy bed, really quiet and quiet closing doors which is brilliant
Our a/c didn't work. We specifically booked a hotel with a/c. So we slept really badly

The access to the parking is little bit messy, but otherwise all ok.

Excellent staff, was there for the Marathon du Medoc and this is where the buses left from, so great location for us.
Room was great except the AC barely worked, it was very hot and we had to get a small fan from the front desk. That made it bearable.

Wonderful
Friendly staff provide great service and awalys being polite and diwn to detail for whatever they offer which made tge stay feel smooth and comfort.
The location is excellent as it is close to public transpotation, also convinient to motor way fir anywhere yo go. The shopping mall, restaurants are nearby with a lot selection.

Very nice hotel outside Bordeaux. The tram is in front of the hotel, ideal to commute to the city. Nice views and very nice decorations all over the hotel. Breakfast was great and a lot of facilities for the kids to play. The room was very clean.

Location was great. Parking available. Basic swimming pool but kept clean and in adequate conditions. In general, the staff was really helpful.
There were some strange oddors in the toilet and bathroom. Nothing extremely bad but noticeable. Might come from the sewage.

Location, easy access to highway, amenities in the hotel, filtered water fountains available everywhere wish was appreciated. Rooms with good size and good size beds. Good Isolation from one room to the other, quiet.
Breakfast fruit low quality, otherwise ok. Millions of mosquitoes outside, carpet everywhere.

Very friendly and helpful staff, free parking close to the hotel, good breakfast. Hotel looks to have been refurbished so everything felt new in the communal areas.
Room was small for 4 people and one of the beds for the children was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Quite far out of the centre of Bordeaux. Despite booking a room for 4 people with breakfast, they tried to charge me for the children’s breakfast additionally.

Wonderful
Good location our of town but on a tram stop for easy access. Good breakfast, comfortable rooms.
On the 2nd night the main bar and restaurant was closed to direct staff to a big function. This didn't make it very nice for the guests.
