The Hotel 's Lobby is big and many lounge chairs to sit, the parking is easy and enough space for the cars. The room is clean and bed and pillows are very comfortable, The receptionist staffs were so friendly and helpful, especially Ms Agethe, recomended to stay !

The location on the Lac was lovely and as you enter the lobby of the hotel, it all looks lovely. Our room was very comfortable and had a lovely view.

The breakfast was poor quality and the items were rarely restocked even when staff were asked to provide more. The room was full of mosquitos and wasn’t cleaned and the toilet was blocked and the light in the hall didn’t work. Poor hotel

Location was good albeit out of town (we knew this at booking so can’t complain ! And tram was just outside) The pool was a nice plus although cold and the reception was nice and clean. Rooms spacious.
Breakfast was poor for 25€ pp (they did subsequently discount this after we complained to give them credit) We also had a mosquito infestation which cause my wife and son to wake up with over 20 bites each. The pool not being heated was a shame as it was over 30°C out and the pool was very cold so couldn’t enjoy it to cool off without being frozen. Restaurant closed on weekends was also a shame, but for business travellers it wouldn’t be an issue.

We didn’t have breakfast
The pool was very busy due to the bank holiday, and so our older children were a little restricted in their play due to their being so many little children and babies in the water.
