Family room was a good option for us with two little kids. Filtered water dispenser in the lobby. Delicious breakfast. Newly remodeled bathrooms in room. Stylish lobby.
We were there during the Gironde fires of 2026, so it was a rather stressful experience. Due to toxic pollutants in the air, the outdoor pool was closed so we weren't able to try it. Breakfast was good but rediculously overpriced. 28 for a continental breakfast is insane. At that price, you can get a 3 course menu at many good restaurants in Bordeaux and it's surroundings! Rooms were very sparsely decorated. It felt like a conference room. No artwork on the walls, no colors and a very drab view. Restaurant and bar were also very overpriced.

-tram is opposite the hotel so you can easily get to the town centre. -lovely lake across the hotel. -Parking for those travelling with cars. -nice game area downstairs. -Breakfast was great. - Dinner was also lovely at a reasonable price The hotel staff upgraded our family room at no extra cost.

The foyer and lounge area were great there was an area to play pool or table tennis and reception was 24 hours. The brita filters on each floor were also a great touch.
Breakfast wasn’t what we’d expect in a 4 star French hotel - it was okay, but the crepes were cold and food wasn’t replenished regularly. The cleaner didn’t clean my room one day despite putting the sign to make up the room on the door. They don’t replenish things like milk in the room so you can’t have a coffee in the room everyday. We had a mini bar which was free but it had 4 drinks which we didn’t really drink. They also mixed up our booking when we arrived really late because of a flight delay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room and facilities were comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was especially impressive, with a good variety of high-quality options. The location was also convenient for attending events at the convention center and for accessing the tram.
The main drawback was the lack of convenient places nearby to buy basic groceries, bottled water, or snacks. Dining options in the surrounding area were also very limited, especially on weekends when many restaurants were closed. It would have been helpful if the hotel had offered a small convenience shop, vending area, or a wider selection of food and drinks for guests.

Friendly, friendly staff - reception super friendly & helpful, bar super friendly & helpful, restaurant super friendly & helpful. The reception, bar & restaurant area (ground floor) was very stylish & comfortable (air conditioned). Temperatures during our stay were high 30’s every day.
The air conditioning in our room (242) was feeble. Not unbearable - just feeble.
