Price - value in pick season
Was not exactly suitable for my long remote work stay due to location being close to exhibition centre but further from downtown, and gypsies camp in close proximity to the hotel. Food in the restaurant was below typical French standards, especially steak tar tar.

Location, away from hustle and bustle but easy transport links to the centre. Nice big comfortable rooms.
Sometimes housekeeping was minimal with only beds done; tea and coffee cups were left unwashed with no replenishment of sundries.

Reception staff fantastic Room was nice, bar area comfortable, room had fantastic view across the lake
Lack of staff restaurant and bar. And not being served in order by bar staff after waiting at the bar for 15 minutes on Sunday evening. No food being available apart from breakfast which was awful. Most of the hot food was empty. Scrambled eggs - made with actual eggs? Vile. We didn't bother going to breakfast the second day.

Spacious layout, so you weren't sat on top of or next to each other. Staff were patience, friendly and very helpful. Only ate breakfast in the facility, which I thought was well presented, with plenty of choice and no hurry to push you through. Reception, greeting and booking in and out were easy, friendly and good. Excellent facility and people working there, very well done

Wonderful
Location for the rugby match was excellent. All the staff were very nice and very helpful. The room was very clean and bed comfortable.
We couldn’t eat in the restaurant on the weekend as it was closed, no other restaurants nearby and room service selection very limited.
