The Pullman was exceptional. The rooms were glorious, the hotel staff were wonderful and the facilities were fantastic. Recommend this hotel for being close to stadium.

We went there on the way down to Spain as we have always been very interested to find out about the period when that large area of France was ruled from England. UK. Neither of us can actually remember anything at all about the hotel but the hotel must be excellent for both of us to feel that good after the long drive from Bordeaux to Valladolididdydod. Im almost certain that we must have been hypnotised on arrival as we cannot remember anything whatsoever about our stay. The only clue was when we were driving out of Bordeaux my wife woke me and said Id been asleep and groaning with a slight smile and that a custard like substance was pouring out of the corner of my mouth onto my hand knitted tank top. Crazy.
I just cant remember its all a blank.

Staff was professional, comfortable room, nice lobby.
No Campari at the bar (in a 4* hotel!), some old paint, smoking space outside dirty and not cleaned up, 7/7 restaurant closed that night, no water bottles in room (they force sell reusable water bottle at the reception), empty mini bar in room, no safe in room, week drainage system in shower --> overflowing on the floor), no complementary shaving kit, tired appliances in bathroom. Not really meeting international 4 star expectations.

Disabled parking at no extra charge. The room was very spacious, we asked for a shower chair/stool which they provided was actually waiting in the room for us, for us was an added bonus. Breakfast was okay, plenty of bread and meats, fresh fruit etc.
Very disappointed, not only with this hotel but others as well, we specifically booked as they have a restaurant on site, when we booked in we asked to book a table in the restaurant to be told that the it was closed Saturday and Sunday, so very disappointed. We could order through room service, wasn't what we wanted as we would have liked that break from driving and as being disabled we didn't have to leave the hotel.

The rooms are lovely with large comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly. We had an evening meal there and the food was excellent. The tram stops just outside the hotel which is great for easy access to the city centre

The beds are very good
Every sign is in French. Opening hours of the restaurant for lunch is too short. Breakfast is typically French. Boiled eggs not decent available. Fried eggs not available. Only French cheese available. Molt in the bathroom. Overall a poor performance.

Lovely view from hotel window
No meals available. Nothing to tell us their fabulous restaurant was closed on a Sunday! Told to order from room service but only drinks available, not food. Receptionist was not very welcoming. No help offered with luggage. Large deposit held against credit card

I stayed in a junior suite with a view of the lake. Very comfortable and attractive room. Lovely wine list and a large and comfortable lobby with lots of seating options. Tram stop just outside the hotel takes you direct into Bordeaux city.
