They cleaned the room everyday
The WiFi didn’t work for 2 days out of the 4 days. The WiFi was also very slow for the 2 days it worked. The rooms a very small. They do not provide shampoo or toothpaste. The bathroom is very very small. The AC didn’t work properly.

5 stars for Olivier at Reception: knowledgeable, capable, helpful. The room was basic, as expected, clean, with good hot water and a capable, energetic, friendly housekeeping staff. The hotel is distant, but not too distant, from Tram Line C for people like me who travel without a car.
The walls are paper-thin. I stayed in Room 215 for 4 nights. Even the sound of normal conversation in Room 217, although not the words themselves, is projected into 215. Louder noise, such as kIds playing, adults arguing, and adults celebrating, became an annoying part of my life the first 3 nights. There were different occupants each of those nights. The 3rd night was the worst. I ended up banging on the wall, and, to my surprise, the louder noises stopped. The 4th night, to my joy, 217 was either occupied as a single or maybe unoccupied. I understand being thrifty in constructing a building, but the thin walls were unacceptable to me.

The bed was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.
Our room was ground floor near reception and between 5 am and 6 am you could hear staff banging and crashing around.
There was only 1 pillow each. The shower was really basic and not attached to the wall. All in all, the room was really tired and dated.
The continental breakfast was very basic but it was OK.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great. The parking is secure, with locked gates.
The room was very basic and the bathroom was old and tired. The room was just down from reception and was very noisy. There was a bright security light outside the room and as the curtains weren't very thick or well fitting, it was like daylight in my room all night.

Nice size rooms, clean breakfast area
Very noisy, lots of workmen staying there and a van selling alcohol with loud music. Not well soundproofed so could her the slightest noise

A clogged sink in the bathroom or a shower curtain reminiscent of the 90s. Problems with the air conditioning, which only heated when set to 26+ degrees.

I can't say I liked anything about the place as we could not get in.
I did not like the fact that we could only speak to someone from Booking.com in Hong Kong. Our reservation was cancelled as we arrived out of hours. The message I received said I would have to do a self check in. I tried 3 times but it didn't recognise my reference. We sat outside until almost 1am trying to get through to someone to help us. We are 2 pensioners who had nowhere to go or sleep last night because of someone's ineptitude. I am most disappointed that nobody from Premiere Classe has bothered to reply to my message asking for help last night. You are now asking for a review?

In the middle of the night, in all rooms that I rented, some other customers came in!
I rent 2 rooms!
Next day at reception nobody said any words about any regret of this thing, or one simple "Sorry"!!!
Another thing was that they wrong the name of my company at the invoice, and they can't modify! So for that, I will pay by myself this hotel, the company can't registrate one invoice with another name of the company!
When I said that was not correct what's happened, the guy from reception said that is only my opinion!
I wander what's his reaction, in the same case, in one country from East of Europe...
