A complete refresh the bathroom facilities were not clean and very outdated.

Toilet seat was not on properly
The plug above the desk was off so the electrics was on show and unsafe to use
But clean and tidy
Shower was nice and hot
Front desk women who greeted us did not smile once!

It was all good for a night's sleep , quiet , warm and comfortable . I didn't expect 5☆ and was perfectly happy for the price .

Friendly staff. Small but perfectly adequate rooms.
Secure car park.
Walking distance to some restaurants (including McDonald's!) and leisure activities.
The bathroom was clean-ish, but the lavatory would have benefitted from some bleach!
