Conveniently located at the lake with ample parking for guests. The room was spacious and very comfortable with all the amenities expected from a 4 star hotel and more. Decent breakfast and helpful personnel.
My one complaint was that the room was much too warm and the AC did next to nothing. The restaurant is mediocre at best.

So much nicer inside than it appeared from the outside. Wonderfully positioned for the tram which was very easy to use. Very good breakfast. Secure parking with electric chargers.
Two separate staff members on reception were patronising and unfriendly.

My sister and I had a tricky time at the airport as someone had accidentally taken my suitcase,however as soon as we arrived at the hotel (very late) the receptionist was so helpful in navigating how to solve this problem. She spoke to the lady and guided her back to our hotel to switch cases .In the meantime, we sat at the bar and spoke to the lovely Sercan, who made us feel so incredibly welcome and set us immediately at ease turning a negative experience into a positive one. Thank you all so so much x

Great location
The breakfast was appalling for the price. No coffee machine working for 2 mornings running. No bacon, bad eggs, poor poor selection of other things. But the worst thing was a fire alarm on night 2. We got up as did a handful of other guests. The fire doors had only partially worked. We went to the rendezvous point. No staff there. No communication. Nothing. The alarm went off after 20 mins… and we guessed we could go back inside. If that was a false alarm we should have been told. If it was real, we should have been told. At 2am to be left standing outside with other guests for 20 mins with no communication is unacceptable. Personally I think the French fire authorities should investigate their procedures. If that was a real emergency…. God help the guests!!!
