Lovely staff, room was above expectation, the receptionist gave my dog a ball as a welcome. All in all a very pleasurable experience.
The cost of bar food, I was charged €15 for a single slice of bread with some swrrano ham. I think the bread was soaked in garlic oil for a week it was ridiculously pungent and not a great experience.

It is the quality of a Novotel, you know what you get. The restaurant had nice food, very practical when you are away from town. The room would be spacious for one or two people, more space than what you get in town. But for a family, it’s a bit tight. We had breakfast one morning only. Was a good breakfast, not huge, but good quality items and enough variety. Great size bathroom and shower.
We had a family room and two of us slept on the single sofa beds. Those weren’t very confortable, which you would expect from a good sofa bad in a hotel chain like this. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn’t seem to have option of single beds instead of queen bed. Location is about 20-25 min from town, but you get better price and more space, and there’s a tram direct into town. Breakfast was a bit expensive in my opinion.

The hotel was beautiful. Rooms are very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for a couple of nights and had the best sleep.. the room was good size and there was free parking and a stunning view of the lake .. outside pool was great.
The cleanliness was hit and miss in the room, it wasn’t dirty as such but the windows were filthy and there was a slight sewage smell from plugs in the bathroom.. the first night I ordered room service, after over an hour I went to check where it was and they had clearly missed the order, I was starving so asked for a soft drink while I wait and was charged 5 euros.. just thought after the mishap they might have given to me on the house
