Wonderful
Conveniently located at the lake with ample parking for guests. The room was spacious and very comfortable with all the amenities expected from a 4 star hotel and more. Decent breakfast and helpful personnel.
My one complaint was that the room was much too warm and the AC did next to nothing. The restaurant is mediocre at best.

Pool was gettijg work done so we couldn’t use it. We stayed 3 nights but when you refill the pool it takes time to heat up again so we couldn’t go in for all of our stay. Should of warned people beforehand

Plenty of free parking on a code-secured lot! Proximity to tram for Bordeaux city access and the beautiful lake for sunset dog walks. Dog welcomed, all staff kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is varied and very good although the coffee machine was erratic. Bed was very comfortable and the sofa/cot was adequately comfortable even for an adult.
Breakfast room needs more staff on Saturday July mornings! They did an amazing job but need an extra pair of hands or two.

Everything about the hotel itself was fairly average, the staff were helpful, but the facilities seem dated and never updated. It does not look anything like the pictures.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us. Near shops ,tram,dog walking space and the lake.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. Secure parking within the grounds was helpful.

The parking lot was secure.
This wasn’t my first stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, the issues remain the same. The shower drain in the bathroom was clogged, causing water to overflow during showers. The carpets were dirty, and there were never enough towels for more than two people. If you're just stopping for the night to sleep, the hotel is okay, but the price is definitely not. They charge more than it’s worth.

The parking lot was secure.
Some of the same problems remain. The carpets were dirty, as was the entire room in general. If you're just stopping for the night to sleep, the hotel is okay, but the price is definitely not. They charge more than it’s worth. For a Novotel, the standard is quite low. I most likely won’t be coming back.

Breakfast was adequate. Parking was convenient and secure.
Oh dear Novotel! It is a while since we stayed at a Novotel and we were shocked to find our room did not match the price in any way. No drinking water in the room, nothing in the fridge, no hygiene bags in the toilet, not one English speaking channel on the tv and the pillows were hideously uncomfortable. The restaurant had a poor choice of food in the evening and was playing music too loud to have a conversation. In short just not the Novotel we remember sorry we will not be staying at any Novotel in future it's to expensive for very little offering.
