Very kind staff, provided everything we required. Room was spacious for a family, we were two adults, a toddler and a baby and were comfortable. Room was a good temperature.
Breakfast was amazing, very good value for money.
The dinner was a bit expensive and I didn’t like the tapas concept, but the Grand Cru wine selection was wonderful. Location was good and easy to access main sightseeing areas.
Hotel adapted for kids with books and a colouring corner that my toddler really enjoyed.
Overall I’m likely to come back to this hotel if I visit Bordeaux again.
Nothing major, I didn’t like the concept of the restaurant for dinner but the food itself was quite good.
Also I wish the TVs in the room had Airplay.

The room was good but there was no milk to use with the coffee machine or tea provided.
The breakfast was not up to standard. The scrambled eggs were tasteless as was the fruit salad.
The seating in the restaurant was difficulty. Low tables, crowded with people and no clear walkways near the buffet.
