Wonderful
The hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk from numerous restaurants and main attractions. Clean and cozy room, offering a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and welcoming. A varied and delicious breakfast each morning. The hotel features a fantastic restaurant, perfect for a delightful dinner.

Location.
Room was spacious and well organised.
Mugs without handles. No milk. We understand the company policy re milk and did avail ourselves of the offer to get this from the bar but it had to come from the espresso machine and has ice in it.
The eating area was very cramped and breakfast oddly organised.

Well laid out room with good standard of furnishings and storage space. Staff excellent
Lack of ability to cool room except by opening windows (air con apparently ‘not allowed’ until it gets hotter!) and then being subjected to traffic noise (the hotel is situated next to a fire station and a few blocks away from the police station) all through the night. Handless mugs for hot drinks were positively dangerous, both in the room and restaurant.

All was good, a boring, mediocre, nothing to say about it hotel. The restaurant was more than average thought - very good food for a hotel breakfast place - interesting choice and presentation. Pleasant staff.
There were NO English-speaking channels, not even one :( Why? It is supposed to be an international hotel

We stayed in the family room, 2 adults and 2 kids, room was a little small for 4 people to tell the truth, also this is eco hotel, so there was no fridge in the room as well as cotton pads and such small things which expect in 4* hotel. Breakfast was good, but I would expect more choice for hot options, also there was no fish only meat options for breakfast. there was kids corner and machines with games to play. It was great to have drinking water machine in the lobby. The hotel has great location 15 min walk to city center and great connection to public transport
There was not much hot dish variety for breakfast and no fish option, quite expensive paid parking, 25 Euro per day. small lobby. lack of electrical outlets in the room to charge devices, it would be great to have at least 3 in the room. there was only one next to bed and 1 near entrance door at the floor level and 1 at the bath.

Nice room. Good helpful staff. Decent location.
No fridge nor minibar. Gym didn't even have a treadmill and was tiny. Cleaners were pushy and took our charger out.

This hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are very kind. The lobby is really nice to relax in.
The bar/restaurant is convenient and decently priced. The hotel is also secure, as you will need to be buzzed in past a certain time of night.
Bathrooms in rooms that are accessible (i.e. for guests with wheelchair or limited mobility) are great.
All rooms for guests in our stay were a good size and were clean. Just be mindful that the showers in rooms that are not accessible are a little narrow and the tub floor is raised above the bathroom floor more than we expected. The door of the shower only covers half the length of the shower and does not extend.

Great stay at the Novotel, it is in a wonderful location.
It is spotlessly clean!
Breakfast is a bit expensive..for €9 juice, coffee & a croissant, a waffle instead or any alternative is not allowed!!
Pillows, were not comfy.
Toilet area is tight.
