I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Novotel. This hotel definitely does not deserve a 4-star rating. At best, considering the price and overall quality, it feels like a 2-star hotel.
The towels were absolutely awful — old, grey, and with an unpleasant smell. It was really shocking to see something like this in a hotel that claims to be 4 stars.
The bed was only 140 cm wide, which is far too narrow and uncomfortable for two people. It made sleeping very difficult.
The entire hotel feels very old and poorly maintained. The carpets are dirty and look terrible, which gives the rooms an unpleasant and unhygienic atmosphere. Very old not working hairdryer! Not working air conditioning system!!!!!
The breakfast is definitely not worth the money. There were no salads, almost no variety of hot dishes, and surprisingly no plant-based milk for coffee. The pastries tasted stale and not fresh at all.
The only positive thing was the parking nearby, which was convenient. Unfortunately, everything else about this hotel was extremely disappointing.
Overall, this was a very poor experience and I would not recommend staying here.
