Great hotel in good location, around a 15 minute walk to the city centre. Very good breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Lovely spacious room. We ate in the hotel restaurant one night and the food was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Just 5/10 mins walk to the centre. Clean.
No bottled water in room on arrival which was disappointing and no milk pods for the tea/coffee facilities in the room (or biscuits!). Had to buy coffee at the bar which varied in price from €7 to €9 for 2 coffees depending on who served you.

Very nice hotel. Seems to be in an area where all the tours book their stays. I saw a lot of tourists buses.
The location. If I were to come to Bordeaux I would not stay here even though the tram is nearby and you can be in the city centre in 5 minutes.

People there have good smile!
I pay for parking more too much!!! For 2 night I payed 36 euros and this first time when I payed for parking in Hotels when I already paid for all! Its not respecting for costumers! And its was my first time with Novotel and last time!
writing the parking free when i made the reservation! Its like a scam.

Good, clean facilities with attentive service and an outdoor terrace area for relaxation. The bedroom windows could be opened instead of using air conditioning which was refreshing.

Location was good, staff were good and helpful, however disappointed in the hotel, definitely not a 4 star which was disappointing, no toiletries in the bathroom and the room was basic! Outside of the hotel is shabby and uninviting, thankfully the staff were good and very pleasant and helpful
