The location was excellent, easy walking into the city. The tram stop was very close, easy to use to get from and to the airport.
Breakfast was very good, lots of choice.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
There was no facility to charge electronic devices, no basic hygiene accessories which you expect in a hotel which charges high rates.

You have to iron your clothes in this really hot, closed ironing room that the entire building shares.

The location was exactly what we wanted, and the car park an added bonus
The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient, we will not hesitate to stay here again.

Quiet and clean. Short tram ride to city centre. Had aircon which was essential as was very hot. Great breakfast.

Location is well served by trams and buses and it's just a quick stroll away from the old town, the room was spotless and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful.

The pillows on the bed were more like cushions it could have done with more pillows. There was also no fridge.
