Disappointing
The parking was secure.
The restaurant was closed for evening meals.
We paid for a superior room and on arrival discovered it had an interconnecting door. This led to reduced noise suppression and we were disturbed by our neighbours blowing their noses, using the toilet and showering. Not what we expected!
Breakfast choices were very limited, fruit was poor quality and water was not boiling to make a decent pot of tea.

The pool was great.
There is not even a bakery nearby. I had to travel 30 mins by tram to the city center for a decent food everyday.

The staff are always very helpful and polite. The room was nice and big and they are always very welcoming to our 3 dogs.
We normally have room service because of the dogs and they are very quick to deliver and the food is delicious.

It was very good stay , the service a bit slow at the time not sure if was shot of staff also air conditioning could have been colder in the room other wise hotel was great good location to reach town and other places , pool was good but music and entertainer could be better

Good location for the conference centre, big clean room and bathroom, good selection for breakfast.
I was there for a week and the fire alarm went off three times over 2 nights. Thankfully no problem was found and I know it's outside of their control, but I did not see any staff trying to guide us, explain what was happening or whether was safe to go back in once we got evacuated. I heard instructions passed by word of mouth from other clients and trusted them, but I would have appreciated more support and reassurance from the staff.
