Location and general hotel experience
They reserved an overcharge of 100e on my account then charged me for the stay but still have not deleted the overcharge. Despite promises, would not return because of this, make sure they finish alll the banking before you leave

Great location, set back from main road on the river. Room was quiet and spacious. Bathroom had fabulous shampoo & soap. USB ports by bed. Very clean.
Breakfast was a little steep in price, but you can also walk a block or so to a boulangerie, so no worries.

comfortable, convenient, and welcoming from start to finish. The staff is very kind and polite. The location is fantastic: just around the corner from the tram, near to supermarket,Cafe and bakery.
The breakfast was not satisfactory. The decoration of the room is from another time and place.

The hotel is in the centre of Bordeaux, approximately 15-20 mins walk from downtown. It is 30 secs walk from the riverfront, where there are some excellent restaurants and bars, as well as the river tour boat dock. The hotel was situated in the CIC complex, which includes a massive, subterranean, extremely secure 24/7 car park, which we found extremely useful. The hotel itself is lovely and very clean and everything you’d expect from an IHG hotel. The staff were very helpful and considerate, spoke immaculate English and even treated our dog like another guest! All in all it is a great hotel and well worth consideration.

Location, parking in parking garage for 20€/day, separate shower and toilet, breakfast and smart tv
For checking in had find the receptionist which was standing outside the hotel making a private call while several guest were waiting to check in/out, room had no windows which could be opened or arrangement for fresh air, this could only be arranged through the air-conditioning system. We had a room on the 6th floor where you can enjoy the noise of people/staff walking on the 7th floor where a restaurant is located. This restaurant/ bar has terrible staff which is only busy with their local friends visiting this place and business drinks. The restaurant has a nice view but that is it. The menu is minimal and steak ordered medium was served rare.

The hotel is very well located - easy walking distance to many attractions and restaurants . The room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable . But there is very little space to hang clothes. It is an old hotel within a very modern facade. The breakfast was good and the space very pleasant with indoor and outdoor tables. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
