Great location. River in front of the building, and super nice streets , shops and pastries behind. Tram was easy to go anywhere. Super comfortable bed.
I did not care for the rooms dark color and lack of adequate lighting. The color choice together with a small window was not the best. Nowhere to put toiletries. Small sink top.

The location was very good and the staff were very nice.
The property is old and needs a refresh. Our room was configured strangely with the toilet in a separate room off of the entrance and the shower and sink in another room. The bedroom was exceptionally tight, so hard to more around.

Great location! Walking distance to old town. Right on a tram stop and steps from the river. Really nice rooftop terrace for breakfast, drinks and dinner
Hallways are a little dingy. Room generally comfortable. This is small, but a bit of chipped paint makes it feel like it needs some work.

The ac in yhe room worked perfect. I walked in and tge room was nicely colled during a heat wave.

Beautiful room and restaurant. Comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast. Nice selection of teas in the room.
The cleaning could be more thourough - the window was dirty and the part behind toilet seat was dusty.

We stayed at this hotel for the proximity to We didn't eat breakfast there. I think the breakfast was around $30. per person, not worth that for a buffet.

Wonderful
Super friendly front desk staff, excellent location (very close to Tram B stop, walking distance to Chartrons, Notre Dame, downtown and old town) Rooftop restaurant/bar was beautiful as well.
Bordeaux was HOT during our visit and the lone AC vent was puzzlingly located in the entrance room and NOT the bedroom. So the room was very inefficiently ventilated.
