Pleasant
Very quiet rooms and very comfortable beds. Modern decor and overall comfortable feel and I loved the walk in shower although it does have a step up to it which could be an issue for some. Also has a bath. Good locks on doors so it felt safe from that end. Individual staff members were pleasant enough and responsive to queries. The room was cleaned nicely every day and a very nice guy from housekeeping seperated the beds for us when we arrived. Nice looking entrance to building and ramps to wheel suitcases up steps. It was in a fairly good location not too far from city centre with good transport links by bus. It takes about 30 minutes if you walk but it's a nice enough walk which brings you past the lovely Jardin Public in Bordeaux. Room rate was good as I booked a few months in advance so I was happy about that. There was also a USB port alongside one of the beds. A nice contemporary touch.
Very dark room on first floor with view of interior 'courtyard' but not a particularly attractive one....just the roof of the kitchen/restaurant area which was level with the first floor windows and a bit of a 'cavernous' feel when you looked up. The room was extremely warm and stuffy (possibly because of proximity to kitchen). We left the window open when we weren't sleeping but at night we didn't as it would be easy to get into this room from other rooms on the first floor by walking across the rooftop (a security risk).
I would say I liked the fact they offer you a free drink....but the food in the restaurant was just so-so and a bit overpriced for the size of the portions and we felt the drink was the 'carrot'. There are much better value food options available elsewhere in Bordeaux. The restaurant staff were professional and attentive and it was a pleasantly quiet place (Monday evening) to sit and chat.

Welcoming staff, room available on arrival even thought we were a little early. Nice touch receiving a free drink.
Rooms very dark, little lighting. Shower weak. Nowhere to sit and do makeup and hair. Twin beds smaller than a normal single. Aircon ineffective.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the hotel was well maintained with a modern decor, the staff was friendly. The hotel restaurant was very good.
It took us a while to get the TV out of "mode magazine"/shop mode and get rid of the audio description voice over (which we laughed at, due to the person sounding extremely bored). While the hotel is within walking distance of the city centre (about 20mins on foot), this is less practical with luggage.

Staff very kind and accommodating with a baby. Lovely resturant and bar which were very well used by all guests, so had a really nice vibe.

The location was ideal for visiting attractions in the port area of Bordeaux. Especially the Cité du vin and the Bassins Lumineux. It was a pleasant walk to the centre of Bordeaux or an easy tram ride.
I found the décor quirky and interesting.
My dog was given a collapsible travelling water bowl which will be very useful on trips.
Although the décor was interesting it did make the rooms rather dark.
I didn't have breakfast at the hotel as I was unimpressed by the selection offered for the price.
We found a little message concerning complimentary Bordeaux biscuits, but we didn't find the biscuits

Our 2nd time here as a family nipping to city for a weekend. Love the extra complementary things for guests. Free drink for all in bar, colouring booklets, chocolate & nibbles in rooms, great for kids. Comfortable beds, lovely stroll into town, fantastic neighborhood vibes with a great pizza restaurant next door, attentive staff, great breakfast, free parking - what's not to love. We'll be back
Nothing - fantastic for us (family of 4, kids aged 10 & 6)
