The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The room is very clean with a very comfortable bed and pillows.
It would be great if each room could be provided with some basic toiletries.

Great location in the city centre very near to the tram from the airport. Comfortable and very clean with friendly helpful staff
Really minor things like no draws in bedside tables and no milk for tea/coffee making

At check in was told we had already paid so thought I had paid when booking
Check out at 7am was told we hadn’t paid - then staff were trying to charge me for 1 nights breakfast we hadn’t had so lucky I checked

Decent size and cleanliness.
Location is awful. Homeless can be seen from the window, location is a neglected ghetto.

Good location to explore Bordeaux from with easy access to old town. Hotel is located only 200m from tram stop on line F from airport.
One of the 2 lifts was out of order for our entire stay (3 days) which caused some delays and queuing a busy times like breakfast and check-out

We had three single rooms. One was close to the lift shaft and was very noisy.
One lift appeared to be out of use and there were long waits
