Location was great, front desk staff nice. We arrived a few hours before check in time, but they were able to get us into our room which was appreciated.
The pillows were very flat and not comfortable. The AC was off and it was very warm in the room. The breakfast wasn't good. Everything that was supposed to be hot was cold. I think the eggs were from a box. The fruit and bread/pastries were good. We didn't bother going for breakfast the second day. The shower was big, but drained slow so I had to keep turning the water off during my shower so it didn't overflow. I asked if we could have a couple of wine glasses for our room and the bartender would only give me water glasses and wasn't very pleasant.

It was nice that the hotel had its own parking lot. You have to pay a certain amount for this. Our room was a standard room, even small.
The room's ventilation was very loud. There was no ventilation in the toilet and bathroom. The room was narrow and the bed was not comfortable. Although the hotel's location seemed close to the center, unfortunately you had to walk through streets that could be dangerous to get to the center. Fortunately, we reached the hotel safely by taking alternative routes. We also drove to the center once and left our car in a secure, indoor underground parking lot. However, when we returned to the car, we saw that the car's wipers had been stolen. Theft is unfortunately common in Bordeaux. We also wanted to eat at the hotel one evening. Unfortunately, the food was very bad. The rice was old rice, the asparagus was not chewy. The fried potatoes were black. A big disappointment. The breakfast also looked very bad, so we did not eat at the hotel.

Very little.
The air conditioning was useless. Sofa bed was beyond uncomfortable and room not large enough for bed and sofa bed. No water left in rooms, just a fountain in the lobby. Location is very average. Not the nicest area of Bordeaux.

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the railway station and approximately 20 minutes from the center of the city. We could take the tram, of course, but the way to the center was very interesting and beautiful (with many cathedrals). The staff is polite and the breakfast is good.

Very convenient location, specially for accommodation near the train station. Very polite and accommodating staff, we could check in earlier as our room was available. Pleasant and nice lobby area.
Paper thin walls, no wall insulation at all. We could hear every word and move from the room next door and unfortunately they were not quite at all. And our room was by the lifts which made it worse. Also the shampoo that was supposedly on offer had finished and not been refilled.
