A good hotel that is value for money. A little tricky to reach by car but once there all was very good. Large underground parking space. A 20 minute walk to the city centre. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was adequate. The staff were helpful and friendly. The city tram went by the hotel door but we decided to walk instead.
Driving through the narrow streets to get there at night was a little tricky but the hotel is very good.

Very friendly and helpful people at the reception after we had to evacuate the forest fires around Bordeaux and arrived late at night with two small children.
Superb English breakfast.
Quite expensive for old rooms.

Location in the old town was perfect. Short walk to restaurants and attractions with tram just outside the door. Convenient parking on site.
In need of a revamp with worn corridor carpets and provision of black tea with milk for Anglo tastes. Limited supplies in bathroom.

I have to compliment Rafael at the front desk for his efficiency, friendliness, and helpfulness. He made our stay more comfortable and pleasant.
There was no fitness room. The location is a bit far from shops & restaurants.

It's in a good location walking distance to all the attractions in the city. Super helpful and friendly staff and great breakfast. Me and my friends had a great time.
