We loved the location and the hotel had such a great vibe! The staff was amazing, helping us with everything from helping us find places we needed to be, to printing out boarding passes for our flight. Delicious breakfast and so fun and creative rooms! We are coming back to this place!
Maybe the shower needed a little touch-up, but everything was fresh and clean and honestly it didnt mattee. The room was perfect.

The staff was fantastic! i got in very late and everyone was wonderful and very nice and helpful. The restaurant manager, Paolo, went above and beyond for me and I was very impressed by his service, the food was good and this place impressed me so much that I brought my friends back the next night for dinner! Rooms were great, so comfortable and very quiet-highly recommend!!

Our AC was not working well and we were super uncomfortable the 1st night, we called and they said they were going to have colleague call back, but it was later in the evening, so maybe that’s why. The next day they did rectify the situation, however we did sleep in really uncomfortable conditions and it was super hot out those days (over 90F) so it was rough. Other than that, the hotel was nice enough and staff was very friendly.

The room was very nice and clean, uncluttered but not too sparse and I loved the fun wall colors and decorations. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind.
The service at the hotel bar was not great.. they were out of a lot of things on their food menu and were not helpful at all when we asked what they DO have available. We also had to wait a very long time once we did manage to place an order, and they wouldn’t even make eye contact with us when we went to the bar to ask what was going on w our order.

The location was great for exploring the old city.
Getting there by car is very confusing especially when we didn’t get the email about how to access the closed street. We drove in circles for considerable time before figuring it out. Next day our code to get in the city center was invalid and we couldn’t reach the hotel by phone. Getting into the garage was a test of both skill and patience.

Always a joy to stay at a Mama Shelter. The staff are fantastic, rooms spotless and exceptionally comfortable. I loved the rooftop terrace as well. Can't wait to stay again.

The guy at the front desk was really nice. He even remembered me, and my room number, the next day. These little things are exceptionally important. The evening music act in the bar was incredible.
