The customer service was exceptional - I had my phone, credit cards and driving licence stolen while in Bordeaux and the reception staff on both 20th and 21st July were wonderful in supporting me through the processes required.
They went the extra mile at every stage and I can't thank them enough.

Roof top bar very good and lovely atmosphere. Very good location to the centre.
Air conditioning hardly worked and the room was very hot throughout the day and night.
