This apartment was really big. The ceilings were so high and palatial. The location is very central. The staff were very friendly and check-in and check out were simple. The bed was comfortable. The wifi was very good. I enjoyed my stay.

Excellent central location, spacious and comfortable one bedroom, one bathroom flat. Corner unit with tall French doors opening to balconies overlooking Rue Louis Combes and Rue Paul Painlev. Tasteful modern kitchen and bathroom set in a charming centuries old apartment.
We arrived in Bordeaux Monday, did not have hot water until Friday evening. We were refunded 120 but would have much preferred hot water. We should mention that this is a 3rd level apartment with no lift but we (60+) had no problems with the stairs. Please note, if there was no issue with the hot water, we would have given a rating of 9 out of 10.
