Well-appointed rooms with a true French vibe. The interior is authentic Bordeaux.
Breakfast was nice. It was fun to talk to the other customers staying at the hotel around one large breakfast table.
Easy to find for UBER as it sits right at an intersection. Walk-able to the tram as well. Walk anywhere in the downtown area with ease.
The shower head could use an update, as it sprays in various directions. Additionally, the sliding door of the shower did not close all the way, resulting in a wet floor. A hook on the wall by the shower would also be helpful. Nothing major, and it did not diminish the experience.

This was a fabulous experience. The room and the entire residence was clean, roomy, and very charming. The building is very secure. Our host, Fabrice, was exceptional. He provided clear, detailed instructions on how to access the room and parking. We had wonderful conversations at breakfast with him, both in English and in French, to the extent I could stumble through the language. Merci beaucoup Fabrice!

Chance to stay in a really authentic period Bordeaux townhouse, sensitively adapted for B & B. The host was excellent, being both friendly and helpful.

Location was superb and we loved the old Bordelaise house with its winding stone staircase. Bedroom was prepared with a comfortable bed, good shower, good coffee and tea making facilities.
The room had poor hanging and storage space and no space to store the suitcases; the decor was plain if not shabby (chandelier missing bits, net curtains need a wash, water leakage stains on the ceiling) and the storage room at the bottom of the stairs was full of bits and pieces. Fabrice has been doing this a long time though he was friendly enough and his information about Bordeaux in general and restaurants and wine was very good. Check methods of payment so that you are prepared.

It is an absolutely stunning guest house - our room was beautiful and was immaculate. Fabrice clearly has a taste and style. The location is great for trams and is near the quieter Hotel De Ville area. But this whole central Bordeaux area is close quarters. It’s a shame the street it is located on is a little shabby is the only negative

Location was perfect. 15 minute or less walk from all major areas. Great building- an 18/17c historic building with up to date amenities. Breakfast was a typical French breakfast- fresh pastries yogurt and coffee. Nice sheets and easy check in. Host was accommodating and friendly.
Would be nice to have a water and a mini fridge in the room to keep local products fresh. Fruit with breakfast would be a great addition. Daily housekeeping would be preferred to keep the towels fresh.

The property is ideally located. Very close to transit and amenities. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay
We arrived by car and as the streets are very narrow and busy, it was challenging to get checked in and parked without some tense moments. Thankfully Fabrice had us sorted out in short order

Fabrice was awesome, he always kept in touch before our visit and I felt like I was meeting a friend when we arrived. Plus there was private parking for our car which was a bonus. Having the free breakfast in the morning allowed us to share our trip with Fabrice, who was such a nice fellow.
