Very convenient. Quiet. Had what we needed.
Nothing really except it would have been nice to have a couple of water glasses. We had our g and ts in coffee mugs! Well equipped otherwise.

The property and the host were excellent. Guy met us at the property and showed us everything. Private parking is a huge plus!! Good location close to the center of the city with shopping, dining and entertainment. Easy access to good inexpensive public transportation.

Very beautiful residence just a little bit outside the center of the city. Very quiet. Very clean. Great parking basement. The propritaire was very friendly and very informing and helpful.
You have to be quiet because of the elderly neighbors. The washing machine didnt work.

Our host was wonderful. He showed us around the property and explained things we should know, as well as giving us useful information regarding the city of Bordeaux. The apartment was clean and the bed, comfortable. It was a bonus having an outdoor area to enjoy. The property was very secure and it has a lift.

We like the location and facilities and Guy made us feel most welcome.
There were some plumbing issues with water not escaping the bathroom vanity.

The property was not far from the tram station.
The pillows were rock hard - we had to go to Zara Home to purchase new ones and were not reimbursed. There were no wine glasses in the apartment - we had to buy those too. There was enough hot water for one of us to take a four minute shower. Be very careful with this property owner - he tried to get us to cancel our booking and pay him directly to avoid paying any booking fees. We had arranged to stay in the apartment from 2 April until 25 April. My wife's father died on 7 April and we returned to the U.S. for the funeral. When I rebooked the flight back to Bordeaux on 12 April, the owner refused to allow me back in the apartment and issue a refund. He has rented the apartment to someone else and is double dipping. Finally, the picture you see on the Booking site from the other side of the building, which has no view of the city or anything pleasing from the patio. I hope this information is helpful to others.

The location was nice, it was handy for the tram and very easy to navigate around Bordeaux. Guy met us at the department and gave us great information. We are Irish and he very kindly left us in a lovely bottle of wine to celebrate St Patrick's day when we were there.
If you are someone with mobility issues be aware that you need to walk about 10 to15 minutes to get the tram.
