Good, very quiet location with cafes, bars and restaurants a short walk away. It was useful for us to have a free parking space. The owner - Guy - was very nice and helpful. Got the impression nothing was too much trouble for him.
Need to mention Cafe de Lerme round the corner, which was lovely. Owners are delightful and food very good too.

Everything was just lovely. Nice balcony, the apt was spotless, good quality everything. Guy met with us and recommended restaurants, tram stations, points of interest. The apt was very tastefully decorated. We loved the artwork. A supermarket was about 300 metres away.. The building has a lift
For us, as seniors, the distance to the tram was a bit far, although the more we did it, the easier it became. Cobblestone sidewalks and garbage cans made walking with a cane tough. It is a short tram ride to the centre or the main train station.

Friendly and helpful host who gave excellent recommendations for restaurants. Homely studio with large comfortable bed, sofa and dining table. Well-equipped kitchen. Heated towel rail. Very good location with walking distance to downtown.

The owner met us on arrival and spent quite some time explaining on a map where we were in relation to the city centre and where the main attractions were. The apartment was very well laid out and comfortable. The access to Bordeaux centre was a 15 minute walk. The trams and buses were within reach also. Lots of restaurants to choose from and varying cuisines. We also had free parking which was a bonus in the undergroung parking. Very enjoyable stay.

Very convenient. Quiet. Had what we needed.
Nothing really except it would have been nice to have a couple of water glasses. We had our g and t’s in coffee mugs! Well equipped otherwise.

The property and the host were excellent. Guy met us at the property and showed us everything. Private parking is a huge plus!! Good location close to the center of the city with shopping, dining and entertainment. Easy access to good inexpensive public transportation.

Very beautiful residence just a little bit outside the center of the city. Very quiet. Very clean. Great parking basement.
The propriétaire was very friendly and very informing and helpful.
You have to be quiet because of the elderly neighbors.
The washing machine didn’t work.
