The location is fantastic with restaurants, shops and tourists sights within a few minutes walk. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and very clean. The owner was welcoming, met us at check in and gave us suggestions for restaurants etc. The parking is very easy 2 minutes walk away and costs 20 Euro a day.

The location was great. The manager was there to greet us and kept great communications. Merci beaucoup! wow...have to adjust this review. While the manager, Jean-Christophe left a public review, he sent me a very hostile and racist private message. I won't post all details but I have all the screenshots. We have properties (city, beach and mountains) that we rent out. We appreciate (as the host manager says he does) feedback as we cannot be there for every departure. We sometimes get personal emails about burnt out lightbulbs, dead batteries, and dust under the handrail. We actually DO appreciate this. Jean-Christophe took this to a whole new level. We're on holiday...we're hot. We had to catch a train and left the aircon on at departure (which seems like it should be a prerogative of ours). I thought using a bar of soap that appeared to be used, was a bit unsanitary, and made a comment for which his answer was...we use FRENCH artisanal soaps which are better than PRODUCTS MADE IN CHINA...WHAT??? where did that come from? It goes on to say..."I can confirm we FOUND ALL YOUR PLASTIC BOTTLES IN THE TRASH..." (actually it was in the recycle bin along with any cardboard/paper products). I guess of being of Chinese-looking origin, JC felt he could attack us, and hold us responsible for global warning and plastic waste. Very taken aback by this. UNBELIEVEABLY POOR PERFORMANCE JC.
It was dirty. Some light bulbs were working. It was quite dusty and the ceilings were a big issue. Also the washer dryer was full of lint (easy to clean for the next guest) and although it was labeled with washing powder for two loads there was nothing inside. It seems it was quite a rush job or careless before the next guest came in. Thats a pity.

Stair Lighting up to apartment did not work - a problem when coming home at night

Fantastic outdoor patio to look over the rooftops in the evening.
Just a small warning the parking is in the shopping centre 200m down the road and can be 20 extra Euro a day.

This apartment has everything! First of all, it's located right in the city center, in an upscale section, just steps away from a fancy shopping gallery which includes a large Carrefour grocery store. All of that is perfect. The apartment itself has so many extras, for example: extra towels, extra bedding, well-stocked kitchen including spices. There is abundant shelf space, closet space, and hooks for hanging things everywhere. The toilet and shower are separate, which always helps when there are a number of people. The apartment has windows and skylights everywhere offering lots of light. There is a little office nook, and a large, quiet rooftop terrace. But my two favorite things of all: a washing machine and a DRYER . . . AND beautifully working, effective AIR CONDITIONING!!
This didn't bother me because I'm not very tall, but my husband and son did bump their heads a few times on the low cross beams throughout the apartment. The unit is an attic apartment with a slanted roof and does require some occasional ducking.

checking in has to be done within a limited timeframe
if your flight should be delayed, they will not accommodate you if you arrive after seven or 8 PM in the evening

location is just perfect, the view on the terrace is incredible.
heating on the living room is way too noisy and if kept on during the night, does not allow you to sleep. Also, TV did not work at all.

I loved the location. It's safe and bougie. I never felt unsafe walking around at late hours. Located in Bordeaux's Triangle D'Or (Golden Triangle) it is in a posh, affluent area with high end shops (Hermes, Louis Vuitton, etc) and the Grands Hommes Carrefour supermarket next door is super convenient. It's a very clean and quiet part of town yet right around the corner from the centre ville, pedestrian avenues with its shops and restaurants to please any tourist. The apartment is very private - it is the only one with a rooftop terrasse. We LOVED the washer and dryer. It's such a rarity to have access to either when you are traveling and they were perfect since our stay was at the midpoint of our vacation. It was so nice to have clean laundry for the 2nd half of our trip! We had good wifi service and were able to stream music and access the internet from our devices. There's a nice sized desk in the office nook that receives plenty of natural sunlight from the terrasse. It's perfect for when you need to take care of some work during your trip. Both rooms are spacious and the the air conditioning units worked really well. We were so comfortable during the middle of an intense heat wave. Many apartments in France lack AC!
No complaints. Be mindful of hitting your head from the rafters and low ceilings. The unit is PERFECT for anyone shorter than 5 ft 5 inches (165 cm) height, especially when accessing the laundry room. Otherwise approach the unit with a bowed over stance of humility and you'll spare yourself from any risk of a concussion ;-)

Beautiful apartment with a stunning terrace and views of the rooftops of Bordeaux. The apartment is spacious and decorated well with air con.
The host was very helpful, easy to communicate with and friendly.
Location is perfect for exploring Bordeaux with everything in easy walking distance. Apartment and the building felt safe and secure.
As mentioned in the other reviews, the beams are low so you need to take care in the apartment. Other than this, I cant fault our stay.

lovely apartment , fantastic location, great having an outdoor area , just be careful of the beams. Airconditioning was very much appreciated. Great handover from Jean-Christophe .
The beams for the taller people could be a bit of a pain but we were aware of that beforehand .

Location was absolutely brilliant and the apartment was very quiet. The host/ managing agent was very nice - efficient and pleasant.
We knew that there were low beams in the apartment but after a few days the head bending became tiresome. A few cleaning details but I am confident that the managing agent will have sorted them out.
