Exceptional
Really cute apartment in the best part of Bordeaux (Chartrons), a few steps away from tram Paul Doumer. Supermarket & restaurants in walking distance. The apartment was well equipped with all necessities and everything was very clean. It has a cute little private terrace to sit outside. As the apartment is in the back, it is very quiet and was also nice and cool, even during 30C weather. A lovely little nest in the heart of Bordeaux.

The terrace was right below another apartment, so it was not very private. Ant problems in the kitchen.

Convenient location.
Air conditioning not working, as there were no batteries in the remote control. I took a couple from another remote, it still would not activate. The dishwasher only functioned twice during our stay. The cleaning needs to be upgraded, as it is just OK . The bed and pillows were not that comfortable. The terrace was sad and bare ,one oleander, and not very comfortable seating.

Comfortable and quite spacious apartment. Decor was fun and thoughtful extras were provided. Great location for walking and transport and park. Host was kind to wait patiently as we were delayed by transport issues.

Location is great--very close to restaurants, shops, public transit, hair salons, bakery, grocery store, park.
Property was very small, dark, stuffy. No direct sunlight, so lights are needed during daylight hours. Extremely hot and airless during a heatwave; property manager refused to provide a fan.

great location, JC met us and was nice enough to explain the neighborhood and the best way to get around the city and also where to find the best bakery (take his advice!). we loved the courtyard, the Nespresso machine with 2 capsules (wished there was enough for 1 coffee per day per person). bed is comfy.
there is no air conditioning in this appartement. windows do open but there are no screens so bugs fly in which is not what you want either
