We loved the decor in our bedroom which was spotless. We slept extremely well, a fantastic comfy bed. The bathroom offered great storage and a great shower.
We arrived late due to a delayed flight. Patrick very kindly stayed up until 2am to ensure we got to our room etc. Communication was excellent as we kept them informed of our expected arrival time which changed over a 4 hr delay.
A menu at breakfast would have been good. We missed hot drinks in our room.

Bruno and Patrick were wonderful hosts , and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to St Emilion with Patrick who was a fabulous guide .

The home is beautiful (superbly decorated, extremely clean) rooms are excellent, and breakfast is very good. Bruno and Patrick are very welcoming and helpful. The neighborhood is very residential; beautiful, quaint, and quiet. This is a great option for your stay in Bordeaux - I would definitely come back.
You will have room cleaning every day - which I did not realize and left my items unpacked and all over the bed (sorry Bruno!) - so probably best to clean up before leaving for the day. Some people may find this a bit invasive but I very much appreciated.
I was given a key (as I understand all guests are) and thus was able to come and go as I pleased.
Worth noting that, as can be seen on the map, the location is a bit further from the historic center (~20 min. walking). However, it is quite easy, cheap, and quick to get into town via the local integrated transit network (bus stop 200 feet away) which can be done from your phone.

Fine design, very clean, tasty breakfast. 25 minutes away from city center walking.
If you are a light sleeper better bring ear plugs. The house has thin walls and you can hear people coughing, talking, etc.

the photos do not do the guest house justice, it is beautiful and immaculate, the room and bathroom were huge and really well appointed, we were made very welcome and given some great recommendations. we would happily stay here again
the crusty bread and homemade preserves at breakfast were delicious, the only minor negative was there could have been a bit more choice at breakfast

Very well-appointed room in a very elegant home. Great to have A/C in the bedroom. Hosts were extremely helpful with lots of information. Beautiful breakfasts served in a lovely garden. Close to Carrefour minimart and bus stop.

Not sure where to begin…beyond any expectations! Beautiful home, beautiful and spacious room, extremely clean, very gracious hosts! Breakfast outstanding! Very well situated to either walk or take the bus to city center. Market a few steps away. Laundry facilities same. Took the tour with Patrick to St. Emilion and had a wonderful time. Went over so much of that town. He is so knowledgeable as well as being just a nice and interesting person who is well-travelled. Bruno is also a gem and takes such good care of you. Can’t say enough of our stay. Thank you Bruno and Patrick for a wonderful experience in Bordeaux!

This villa is so beautiful inside and out! Breakfast on the terrace in the morning or in the beautiful dining area was such a treat! Not to mention Bruno and Patrick who couldn’t have been any nicer! The trip to Saint Emilion was one of the trip highlights. The property is a 15-20 minute walk from the historic centre but is surrounded by cafes and bistros a short walk away!
