Very Good
The hotel was really nice and comfy. The area is beautiful and near nice shops, cafes and the Public Garden. We could also walk to the center without problem or take the tram. We really enjoyed our stay there.
The cleaning was good but it could be improved.

Room, decor, breakfast, public spaces, neighborhood.
Not much you can do about location, but the walk to the tram was somewhat difficult for my elderly husband, although the neighborhood is great.

Isabelle was amazing from the minute we walked through the door. Nothing was a problem for her and she gave us an abundance of information and support. The rooms were comfortable.
The hotel is beautiful but a bit out of town. If the weather is bad or wet then it’s too far to walk anywhere. And if it’s a Sunday or Monday, then there is nothing open close by and the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant.
The little added extras like replenishing the shower caps weren’t included.

Lovely large rooms, very clean.
It’s quite a walk from the centre, 15/20 minutes from most locations. There is a tram nearby.

Stylish, clean,quiet, helpful staff. They have a very nice courtyard. It is located in a quiet street, a 10 to 15 minutes walk to the famous center. A very good place to stay in Bordeaux.
