Room, decor, breakfast, public spaces, neighborhood.
Not much you can do about location, but the walk to the tram was somewhat difficult for my elderly husband, although the neighborhood is great.

The room size was massive, especially for European standards.
There aren't many too many restaurants/cafes close to the hotel. The downtown area is a 10-15 min walk.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They accommodated our request for a quiet room at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was good, although no hot options.
Room was small, but fine for a short stay. We stayed during a colder period, and there was no heat turned on in the building yet, so we had to heat the room by cranking up the heated towel rack in the bathroom! We thought the hotel was a little closer to the old town area, which is why we would likely not stay again.

The room and shower area is spacious . The location is convenient and walkable to see the sights. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt safe walking even late at night.The staff were very friendly and helpful.The check in process was very thorough and explained veryntrol well.They even helped us bring the luggage in our room and explained how the controls in the room works.
The bed is NOT the most comfortable ... way too soft especially for someone with back issues.

The bathroom was very nice with shower and tub and plenty of room for toiletries, etc. The bed was very comfortable and there was also a daybed which we liked. We had a terrace that was very nice but pretty much unusable due to heat and the fact that there was no umbrella for shade. The hotel should consider providing umbrellas for the terraces. We paid extra for the room with a terrace so this was disappointing in the end. Parking (paid at 25 euros per night) was right next door so it was convenient. There is a beautiful garden within 5 minutes of the property and we really loved going there.
Our AC went out in the overnight for two nights. The first night was due to a glitch with the system, which was reset the next morning and then worked again. The second night we were told that it was out due to a storm. It was very hot so it was difficult to sleep. The hotel did offer a portion off our room for two nights, which I did think was reasonable, but I would rather have stayed at a hotel with a better cooling system. But the staff were very understanding and responsive to our concerns. We did not have the breakfast because it was 21 euros per person and I didn’t think it was worth that. There is a lovely bakery around the corner that also makes coffee, breakfast sandwiches and more for very reasonable prices and we were much happier with that. Most restaurants are about 20 minutes away so it’s not entirely convenient for everyone although we were ok with it overall. The closet is very small for hanging items and structured inconveniently to access clothing.

Candie at reception was extremely helpful and friendly. She made excellent dinner reservations for us and helped us locate our parking space. She truly made staying at this hotel a joy!
