The opportunity was in a great location to easily get into the city, either by walking or tram. The room was spacious and very clean. Shower great, with a dressing area and plenty of storage space. The best thing though were the staff. They were excellent and very prepared to help with anything we wanted.

The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The inner courtyard was beautiful. Nice breakfast. Recommend the king terrace room!
Our first room (deluxe king) was much smaller and didn’t look like the photos. The staff happily gave us other choices and the king with terrace was fantastic! The location wasn’t ideal for a shorter stay. But it wasn’t far to the bus stop.

The location was great - everywhere I wanted to go was walkable but a little off the beaten path so not in the hustle and bustle. The room was amazing wi the terrace view and the staff were quite attentive and helpful.

Room, decor, breakfast, public spaces, neighborhood.
Not much you can do about location, but the walk to the tram was somewhat difficult for my elderly husband, although the neighborhood is great.

The room size was massive, especially for European standards.
There aren't many too many restaurants/cafes close to the hotel. The downtown area is a 10-15 min walk.
