It’s in the most perfect location. Reception gave us a wonderful welcome.
We were disappointed in the concierge service. 3 occasions we chased a booking to a restaurant around the corner, they recommended, and ended up booking ourselves. This type of stress is not what a guest requires.

The staff in all areas of the hotel were excellent and made it a wonderful stay and the location is perfect even though we were a bit disappointed with the overall facilities and the rooms, we felt that they were quite dated and in need of modernisation and upgrading to meet the expectation that they create and we expected.

This is a first rate hotel with all the facilities you would want, including a great rooftop bar and restaurant. The staff were exceptional and very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and close to shops, restaurants , tram stops as well as being centrally located to access all of the delights of Bordeaux.
Liked everything about this hotel. Only one small issue, our room had a toilet separate to the bathroom ( which we liked) but there was no sink in it for washing hands.

Wonderful hotel; all staff were simply outstanding. I can't say enough about them, even those "behind the scenes" in booking whom I myself did not talk to. The physical building is stunning.

Everything was very good except our bedroom
The bedroom was very small.and narrow . The width was 8 deet , 2m 40 . Just enough room to get out of the bed on each side. Also it was dark, no overhead lights . The bathroom was small.
The room was not what I expected for a 5 star hotel with 5 star prices
