The room was OK, very small, but nice. We booked for 3 nights. We went there only in the evenings to sleep. The window could not be opened, but the weather was not so hot those days, finally it was OK.
We did not book breakfast, but it was available in the hall of the hotel. We paid it separately. The breakfast is really good. It is a buffet with multiple choices.
The hotel is situated far from downtown, but we choose this hotel in order to be sure we can park the car and to be near a tram station. The public transport is excellent in Bordeaux.

We were very happy with our stay & the young man who checked us in ( Mika ) was excellent.
All of the staff were very helpful & polite during our stay.
The only comment I would make is that the outside decking area & the Restaurant sign wall need some maintenance. The wall behind the restaurant sign is in desperate need of repainting & the decking area just needs some of the furniture replacing & cushions. It was a warm evening & we sat on the decking for a drink but this area needs a little bit of attention as it let the rest of the hotel down.

The young lady at reception when we arrived was really helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.
Only small paper cups in the room.
Disappointed to find the restaurant was closed, we had to order a takeaway.

The staff were great and very knowledgeable
The room was dirty, in the shower there was hair of other person and kind of mucus in one of the shower walls.
There was a kind of party close and inside of the room you can listen everything. Music, people walking.
