Convenient location in quiet area by the lake though easy connection to city by nearby tram at 5 minutes walk from hotel. Room was beautifully clean and well-equipped. Coffee / Tea in rooms and very usefully a safe. Very quiet at weekend so the bar appeared to be closed as was the restaurant in the evenings. Huge free car park with night gates. Good value for money. Pleasant staff and charming lady who cleans the rooms.

The restaurant is not open at weekends & when you have been travelling for a good amount of hours, it isn’t ideal having to go out to find somewhere to eat.

Location for the sport stadium was excellent. Walking there was perfect for us. We came back and had a couple of drinks in the bar. Very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was good.

I like everything as i marked above, from kindness at reception room, cleanest, breakfast they are very helpfull (guys who works there) hotel is very nice and clean, smell very nice, new towels every day, if i ever come back to Bordeaux i will book the same hotel :)

Friendly, easy parking, tram to centre within walking distance, really thoughtful gesture too as told if we had problem while in centre, just to call hotel.

Excellent location just off the main road network north of Bordeaux and v close to Tram line C direct into Bordeaux city centre. Staff were lovely and room was super clean, comfy and a great hot shower - nothing to not like and reasonably priced too - we would definitely return here

Lovely location for a stop travelling from Spain to UK. Dog friendly hotel with reasonable cost for the dog (5 Euros). The room was very comfortable with air conditioning and appeared that the room recently refurbished. There are few restaurants local to the hotel within walking distance. All in all a very pleasant stay and definitely go back again and would recommend.
The only gripe is that the restaurant on site was not open on the Saturday night, not open Weekends apparently.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming and gave us all information we needed for our stay. The food in the restaurant was very good with an excellent outside terrace as the weather was quite warm. Very central location for all routes through France, highly recommend!

Nothing really.
Not much I can say, will not be returning. No windows to open lights did not work. Had to change rooms.
Breakfast was awful apart from the fresh orange juice.

The hotel was in a good location, 5 min walk to tram C for the centre of Bordeax. Room was a good size, clean comfortable bed, good pillows. Lovely bathroom. Good value for money.
The problem was that air con was not turned on until 1st May, and as its been in the high 20s this week in Bordeaux the room was really hot. We therefore had to open window. This then bought in mozzies, ended up with many bites. Avoidable if we had aircon. The road outside was really noisy with motorbikes going up and down revving util well passed 2am. So despite it being a lovely room, we got very little sleep.
