We stayed only 1 night, everything was perfect. Although the room was small but was very functional and had everything. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean.

Excellent value hotel free parking and only a few minutes walk to tram for city centre. Staff are also very helpful.

Excellent breakfast for the price, copious and tasty fresh bakes.
Very nice and helpful staff.
Very convenient walk to the tram station, so no need to worry about bringing the car into the historic centre.
No complaints whatsoever.

Convenient location in quiet area by the lake though easy connection to city by nearby tram at 5 minutes walk from hotel. Room was beautifully clean and well-equipped. Coffee / Tea in rooms and very usefully a safe. Very quiet at weekend so the bar appeared to be closed as was the restaurant in the evenings. Huge free car park with night gates. Good value for money. Pleasant staff and charming lady who cleans the rooms.

Very welcoming staff who were keen to help
The restaurant is not open at weekends & when you have been travelling for a good amount of hours, it isn’t ideal having to go out to find somewhere to eat.
