Great staff! Nice and peaceful area. There's always a little surprise drink at reception, and if you're lucky pieces of cake baked by Pauline and the amazing staff! Easy access to the town centre, airport and train stations.
No tea or coffee facilities in the room but the hotel offfers some complimentary water at reception.

A lovely and modern hotel in a quiet residential area. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really great Continental style and constantly restocked. Hotel is very close to the tram stop that you goes to the airport and the city centre. So convenient! My tip would be to download the TBM app and buy a pass, which covers the trams, buses and water taxis.
The windows are awkward- there’s one large one that opens into the room and another one that opens out. It’s not possible to have it open if there’s any wind or rain.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The room was good and very clean. Nice breakfast and the position for both getting into the city, getting the stadium for the rugby, and then getting the tram to the airport, was excellent.
