Wonderful
The room was basic but clean and spacious. The tram station was 2 minutes walk away. Nice environment in the Bordeaux Lac region. There is a shopping mall nearby with the best chocolatier ever, Jeff de Bruges.
Not much but a small fridge would have been great.

It's a budget hotel, so facilities are in accordance. The bed is very firm, but not uncomfortable. The room was clean and quite spacious.

For a roadtrip, the hotel is very well located.
There is a lake nearby with a nice restaurant.
The parking is closed and you can safely leave a car, even with a bike.
Staff were friendly and the breakfast was a also a good option.
The bathroom smelled a bit bad, and we cannot change the room since the hotel was full. We just kept the door closed.

. The hotel is well located and provides safe and secure parking for travelers. The 24 Hrs reception was great as I arrived later than planned and had no problems with my reservation. Verry pleasant reception who quickly handled my check in.

Great location and super friendly staff. Rooms are sufficiently equipped and the WiFi is good.
The mosquitos. The hotel is near a lake and I guess that makes it a preferred destination for mosquitoes. No nets on the windows, but even if there were I think they were coming from other places. Cost me two nights' sleep

Disappointing
No air conditioning. Yes there is an air-conditioning thermostat but it didn't work. The only alternative was to open a window. Now we are full of Mosquito bites. The dining room floor near reception is a sticky mess. It needs cleaning. You can't offer a hotel in South West France without air conditioned rooms.

Easy to find. Excellent location for Stade Atlantique 10 min walk. Very close to tram station to get into Bordeaux. Close to several restaurants.
