The staff was great, the private parking and good breakfast. We arrived late in the evening with our toddler and the possibility to take your dinner from restaurant Courtepaille up to your room was very practical for us.

Nice place to stay - only a 30min tram ride to centre of Bordeaux. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

May not look like much from the outside, but it's one of the best hotels we've stayed in. Staff were very friendly and informative, food in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast was very good. Bed was very comfortable with supportive pillows (the other hotels we've stayed in Spain/France all had very uncomfortable beds and pillows were far too soft)
We went for the half board option, breakfast was a buffet and had juice/coffee provided, but dinner was a €21 voucher each to use in the restaurant which just about covered a main meal with a couple of euros left
