Disappointing
Staff was friendly and the room seemed clean
Probably one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept in in a hotel. Room was way too expensive for what it was. I had the feeling that the mattress was 1 million years old and they just didn’t want to put a new one

The property was clean and convenient and had all the facilities that we needed. The only slight negative was nice from traffic, which wasn’t terrible, but it was there.
Noise from the traffic was a minor inconvenience.

Breakfast was good
Large crowd, approx 20 to 30 of young French people in hotel. Possibly a club or sports team aged late teens early twenties . Noisy in corridors until the early hours and again at 5.50am banging on neighbouring doors. I got hardly any sleep and faced a long drive next day. When I checked out the receptionist asked if I'd enjoy my stay. I said No.! She said, "was that because of the noise?" I said Yes. Staff must have known about noise issue in corridors but nothing done. I speak little French and did not want a confrontation with a large group to escalate late at night. Why do they book in such big groups and why locate on floors in which other guests located. A rubbish stay and I doubt I am alone in my complaint.

So easy to park and check in. The guy on reception was amazing
We took our dog and they made him very welcome
Bar closed at 10.30 which we didnt realise Thought that was really early. We asked could we take 2 coffees to the room but the guy said NO closed. Managed to get a coffee from a lovely girl
