there was no air or window in twin bed room (off main) IMPOSSIBLE to sleep in. We were immediately moved. No fuss from staff.

We were there for the Rugby do very close to the stadium.
This hotel is very convenient for going into Bordeaux centre, its right next to the tram. The staff were lovely and very helpful.
We only had one extra pillow and not enough towels, although we asked at reception and were given more. We thought the room was a little tired and could do with some updates. But very comfortable.

Staff were very accommodating, happy to provide a kettle and chilled still water for our room. Everything was what we expected for our money. Rooms were tidy.
Restaurant was really good, also the steak house over the road - hippopotamus - was great too.
They have a beautiful cat that lives in the hotel, although it charged and gave my dog a good whack so be careful if you’re taking your dog! Haha.
