one receptionist was really uncooperative because there were no bedsheets on the bed and she refused to help even if she came into the room to check

On an industrial estate with no eating amenities within the area room very tired and could do with refurb. TV loose on wall bracket and coat hooks hanging off. Very pleasant staff
