The staff was very welcome at the desk.
We have stayed at this location before and knew exactly what to expect. However, I felt that the place was dirty especially the toilets. The air con was not working which we were warned on arrival but the loose wires from the unit were just on show.
The fire doors had to stay open due to the building being so hot. You could hear the noise from outside and unfortunately we had people screaming which made the night very uncomfortable.

Probably the worst place i have stayed at for the following reasons:
1. The hotel is far af from everywhere, to get to the centre the quickest way is to take a bus and walk 20 minutes;
2. To shower you need to rent towels and pay extra;
3. The shared toilets and the showers are not too clean and can smell;
4. The staff is generally nice but careless - i left my jacket at the place and tried calling them and emailing them multiple times they just ignored my request;
5. The rooms are small and ugly;
6. When we stayed, one day the ac just broke;
7. The sink was clogged;
8. No restaurants, supermarkets or shops in the nearest 30 minutes.

Airconditioning, calm room for relaxation. I stayed an extra night just to relax the whole day and recover my strength there after two days of travel over land and two more to go. I was at home in that room. Checkout at 12 is good. Decent price
It's a bit hard to reach by foot, I had to drag my heavy bags far over the rough stone ground in very warm weather. It's a bit isolated.
