We got a room upgrade so the room we had was really spacious. The beds were comfortable and the location really good, as we could either walk or take the tram to Cite du Vin or City Centre. There are several cafes and restaurants on the riverside, so nice options for breakfast and dining are available. Staff is helpful and kind.
The place has a bit worn look, room door had fingerprints on it, shower door did not close properly. It did not feel as a 4-star hotel to me. No proper coffee at the breakfast, only capsule machine, I expected a bit more.

Suite was lovely and big, but because it was in the courtyard, massive problems with mosquitoes in the summer. Staff did not do anything about it. Clean, well-kept place, but soulles, devoid of warmth or atmosphere. Staff were polite but remote. Good location right by the river, and trams which connects all over the city.

Staff were great. Location was fab. Room was big and comfortable.
The room wasn't made up properly despite us requesting it. There were used coffee cups left, the water, coffee pods, and sugar weren't replaced and the bins weren't emptied. We had to ask for more toilet paper as that wasn't replenished either. Breakfast was very expensive for what was on offer.

The spacious room, with a wonderful bathroom (toilet separated!) and even a couch to relax; the location (explore the neighborhood, not just the waterfront: it worths it!), the friendly staff.
