We were catching an early train the next morning and the hotel's location across the street was perfect for the station.
Had we not needed access to the train station early the next morning we would have chosen a different area, closer to historic sites we could walk to.

The location was right across the street from the train station and staff were so friendly. I arrived at 10 am and the front desk initially asked me to come back at check in time. As I was asking to see if I could check in one hour early, the wonderful front desk staff allowed me to check in because she had a clean room available. The AC was set at 19 deg C- This was priceless.

I love this little hotel conveniently located opposite the main train station and the bus and tram to and from the airport. The 19th building has been sympathetically upgraded and though not the height of luxury there is everything you need including exceptionally friendly staff. It is very close to some extremely well priced restaurants with delicious cooking although catering to tourists passing through

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially Christophe. Our room was spacious and clean and had aircon which was wonderful as the temperature was 40 degrees! The hotel is very well situated just opposite Gare St Jean and not too far to walk into the centre of town as we chose to do, but there is also a tram stop opposite. It’s our third stay here and we hope to return next year.

Laura in the reception was very nice and helpful. She gave my room earlier. This was a blessing in the 42 C degrees afternoon heat. The receptionist in the afternoon was very helpful too.
There was no blind on the bathroom window
