Excellent location for the train station. 24 hour reception with friendly staff. Good value breakfast. Clean and safe.
Quite basic. No extra pillows, no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Shower a little basic

This hotel is underrated. It's close to the trainstation. The rooms are spacious, very clean and vey nicely renovated. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. I highly recommend it for the independent and experienced traveller.

Location you can beat just across from Saint Jean train station. Room is very clean. Hotel also have multiple seating areas if you bring food or drinks you can enjoy out patio very nice . Manager an every one at front desk are professional and friendly.

Perfect location for an early train from Bordeaux. I arrived late off my flight so didn't use any amenities but the staff were friendly and check in was easy. The area around the hotel seemed busy with lots of places to eat and drink and it is directly opposite the train station so I was able to roll out of bed at 5:30am for my 6am train

After a long week cycling I really appreciated being able to book a room with a spa bath. The staff were super helpful looking after my bike and helping me with the panniers. Lovely old building too. Great view of all the comings and goings of the station, which is an architectural marvel.

charming and helpful staff. a small traditional hotel that has been modernised tastefully so that the quirky charscyere of the original building is maintained. such a pleasure after endless "cookie cutter" budget hotels that surround airports and train stations
my only criticism at this point is the packaged jam and honey at the breakfast buffet.

Historic hotel with a recently revamped interior is a great location for rail travellers, immediately opposite the station and the tram stop for travel to the centre. Good sized room faced a side street so we weren’t bothered by street noise. Good value room rate and breakfast buffet. Helpful staff.
Room was at the end of the corridor so WiFi was a bit variable.
