This is a great base for a couple of nights to explore Bordeaux. The staff is truly pleasant and helpful. For late arrivals after 10 PM, the self check-in process is seamless as they provide all necessary details in advance.
A nice touch was the hair dryer in the bathroom, perfect for drying small personal items. The neighborhood is also fantastic, with some awesome bars nearby.
No major complaints. One minor point: the room could use better lighting. It felt a bit dark, since the only window faced a small interior courtyard.

Very nice small hotel in good location. Near restaurants and easy walk to the tram and the river. Excellent staff and customer service.
The winding stairs up to the 3rd floor to my room. Unfortunately no elevator.
