The location is excellent. It’s in a really nice area with lots of great restaurants some outdoor bars and it’s very close to the water. The staff was exceptionally nice and very accommodating.
My room was fairly small and there’s not an elevator. They did carry my luggage for me, which I would’ve had to move hotels if they didn’t.

Fantastic hotel in a superb location. The rooms and bathrooms are functional and nicely decorated. There's air conditioning and a TV. But most importantly, the staff are extreme helpful and nice!

Great location easy to walk into centre plenty of bars/cafes locally local tram great if prefer less walking.
Hotel good,comfortable clean air conditioning super in the intense heat.
Breakfast could have been better on reflection on next break will probably find a cafe nearby.

Great location with great restaurants and cafes on the same road! Had aircon which was great for summer!
Hair dryer was a wall connected so took a long time to dry hair and rooms were a little small but otherwise great!

Terrific location in a lovely walkable area of restaurants galleries and bars and beautiful buildings. Short walk to the tram and the riverside. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and friendly and helpful throughout our brief stay. Highly recommended
The one thing that brought the rating down was the lack of functioning wifi. I have come to depend on it when i travel as I bring my laptop and have work to do.
