Staff and their support for facilities. really is good spot if having conference meetings. i could keep my luggage in advance and the property were prompt to respond via message during the working hours.

Well connected, pleasant staff, ok price.
Not much responsiveness through the booking app. The room, and especially the floor could have been cleaner (in my room there were large dirt spots on the carpet). I wasn’t given a code for the yard door which closes (I am guessing) after midnight, so I had to do an international call just so I can get someone to let me in.

Close to tram, free parking, breakfast ok.
Three adults, two rooms, one was fine, one was disgusting (room 2) had black mould on the walls and ceiling, totally unacceptable. Missing kettle and close to the reception area where staff had a dog that kept barking during the night. Better budget hotels nearby.

Rude staff psy breakfast now before u know if you want it try to get me pay after I had on line paid extra taxes miles from anywhere to eat only one place there and only word on building hotel no name took ages finding it not recommended no lift

The hotel photos didn’t reflect the actual cleanliness of our room. There were stains on the carpet and on the walls, and we even found a bunch of hair behind the entrance door.
