The young man at the reception was particularly kind and helpful. The hotel is on a quiet street, yet in the center of everything. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bordeaux.

Great location and very helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and bed was comfy!
First room we stayed in was very small and shower basin would not drain properly.

Location, cleanliness and parking possibility
The wc and shower seperate was a bit uncomfortable. After using the toilet you need to go accross the room to wash hands?♀️ A better wardrop facility is needed. No safety in the room.

The hotel is nicely renovated and very clean. The shower is great. I appreciated staff making a room change to a higher floor upon my request.
The lighting in the room was insufficient. Some of the staff were surprisingly unhelpful in suggesting a good restaurant in which to dine. I consider this a normal function of front desk staff in a hotel such as this.

Staff Eva is the best we ever met for helping us to have an earlier check in and private parking. She explained all thing we want to know and recommended a very good restaurant nearby for our dinner.

Great stay in a lovely independent hotel with a very accommodating host, who let me keep my bike box in the garage for a few days while we did a cycle tour along the Dordogne!

The location was great, easy walk to everything, central enough but down a quiet street so place is very peaceful. Wonderful host, very helpful, rooms are very clean and felt cozy. Lovely courtyard downstairs and breakfast available which has a good variety. Loved our stay!!

Wonderful boutique hotel with a great vibe. Excellent location on a quiet street and a very short walk to shops, restaurants, sights. Staff is warm and accommodating. Breakfast has great variety and is well presented! Thank you, and we would stay again for sure!!!
