The two members of staff on reception duty were excellent with good advice on where to park considering the work on the adjacent roads- Directions to both heritage buildings and local restaurants were helpful too. Everyobe was very courteoys and smiley; .nothing was too much trouble.

Location is very good. Pictures are extremely misleading! It is a hostel masquerading as a hotel. The first room that I reserved was so small that a bed was the only piece of furniture that fit in the room. After paying another 150€, ou finally got a room that was adequate.
The pictures of the rooms are so misleading. NO ELEVATOR to the second floor (3rd), The bathroom fixtures were broken, front desk leaves at 9:00, safes to hold your valuables don’t work, I couldn’t retrieve my computer (and yes my code is one that I always use, no possibility of error) This is a youth hostel at best, at extremely elevated pricing.

The kindness and understanding of the stuff was remarkable. I have special needs and they made themselves available without me even. I was touched.
There is nothing I didn't like, but guests should be aware that it is an old building and the stairway is quite steep!
