The location was great 2 mins from a tram stop across le jardin publique. The hostess was very welcoming and friendly.

Good location, nice staff, even the lady at the reception lent me an umbrella for a rainy day.
The hotel is a bit worn out, needs renovation. In the room you can hear water rushing in the pipes all the time. The internet didn't work.

The staff were great. Very helpful and friendly
There was an argument going on between a couple next door. Shouting etc. The walls were quite thin. This is not the hotels fault. I couldnt do anything about it and didnt sleep much at all.
It is a very old fashioned hotel but I do thing the price is fair.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to the tram line and easily accessible from the city. The lady that greeted us was so lovely and helpful even though we speak little French. Rooms are basic but great value for money. View onto the street below was pleasant.
The reception isn’t always occupied because the same lady on reception was also busy cleaning etc- this is no issue as long as you let them know what time you are arriving in advance.
