Wonderful
The hotel was located close to everything. We could walk to the cathedral, restaurants and much more. The staff was very friendly and very helpful suggesting restaurants and how to use the tram.

The location in the city center, staff at the reception seemed friendly.
The place urgently needs complete renovation. The common spaces, such as the staircase, are absolutely filthy. There are stains on the walls and the carpet is run down and dirty. The room was full of dust, especially on the carpet floor, which looked really disgusting. The window opened on the internal smoking area, and the room smelled of old and dust. The bathroom needs to be renovated urgently, the bathtub was chipped, as the toilet and some tiles. There was mould and a bad smell of sewage coming from the bathtub drain. It is by far the most disgusting hotel I've been, and I absolutely don't understand the 3 stars here on booking.com, the place looks nothing like the pictures.

The place is a bit shabby but my room was spacious and well equipped (I really appreciated the bathtub!!). Desk staff were friendly and helpful and the location is just excellent--near public transport, shopping, cafes, and top attractions.i would totally recommend it.
Desk staff are great but watch out for the maids! They threw away the special cheeses I had bought.

Prime location in a heart of the city. Comfortable mattress and clean bedding. The staff is friendly and accommodative .
How’s keeping was missed one day. It would be ok, but we run out of soap and shampoo. However, the reception clerk gave me everything I needed

A favorite.
Slightly funky French hotel, steps from restaurants and the heart of Bordeaux. Next to Grand Theater, tram line, and the miroir d'eau.
Needs some updating, but not too much.

Great location in the heart of Bordeaux (the city)across from the Intercontinental Hotel. Tons of boutiques and restaurants within walking distance. The reasonable price and location way make up for the rather simple decor. Highly recommend for a short stay in Bordeaux~
